This renovated beachfront condo on the second floor features striking views of the Emerald Coast. Watch the sunrise over the water from the furnished balcony. The tasteful decor and tile throughout the vacation rental will make you feel right at home.

You will also have access to the complex's pool, hot tub, and basketball court as well as the beach.

This is a fantastic condo for a couple who wants to get away with or without the kids! Please be kind and enjoy this newly remodeled condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. If you're coming to PCB, this is where you want to be!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great stay.

Located on great spot on the strip. We were out of the party zone and able to travel to stores ans restaurants with out long delays. The building and condo were clean and as advertised.

Not as clean as it seemed

Easy to check in. It was crazy going from your vehicle to whatever floor you're on. You have to cross a walk way to get to another set of elevators. Our feet&socks were black from the floors that haven't been mopped in along time. Bedding was all stained up. I had to wash sheet,blankets and the Bedding. We requested a mopped but never got one.
