Fantastic 3 night stay

My mom and I had a wonderful 3 night stay in this spacious, comfortable and beautiful home. The house was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the fireplace and outdoor area. The home is super close to Hyde Park, easily walkable!

Perfect comfort for 6

Loved this charming & well appointed craftsman home. So much history with modern amenities. Clean, sweet & fun! Went to Boise to watch Dance at Idaho Dance Theatre with 6 family members & 8 local friends. Living room a bit cramped but dining room made up for that. Was able to walk to coffee, drinks & eats 1 small block away. We will rent again!!

This house is beautiful!! We love the craftsman style homes in Hyde Park, beds are super comfortable, really nice updated appliances, bathrooms roomy and nice, great location. The complimentary snacks and wine were much appreciated after a long day flying in from the east coast. Maybe having a small cooler, a few games, and an umbrella on hand for use would be nice, we had some rain and didn’t think to bring umbrellas. Otherwise, everything was perfect!! Highly recommend and we will book again in the future for trips to Boise!

Charming house- charming neighborhood!

Loved the ease of receiving check-in instructions via email. Would have been nice if ice had been made in advance of our arrival… Perhaps ice maker didn’t work though, as I couldn’t seem to figure it out. Bought ice instead. Also needed to buy dishwasher detergent, as none was in the cupboard below sink. Wine gift was an excellent unexpected touch! Although if you want to go one more level of prime customer service- asking in advance if white or red is preferred would be even more awesome.

Charming home and unbeatable location

This home was great! The 2 star review was wholly undeserved. We stayed for 2 weeks and didn't have any issues. The house was not cluttered with old things. All closets and drawers were empty and ready for use. There is a shelf of quality reading books and some puzzles but that is appreciated. The house itself is a charming 100 year old Craftsman, ideally set in an historic area of Boise. One block from the start of all the awesome cafes and shops of hip Hyde Park, yet the street is still peaceful and quiet. The house has all the charm of a historic property but the kitchen, bathrooms and windows have been updated so everything feels clean (drawers and windows are all easy to open and close.) Kitchen is a delight, large, beautiful, sun-filled and well stocked with quality cooking supplies. Our kids walked everyday to either the shaved ice hut or old-fashioned soda fountain. They loved it! It's also an easy walk to the foothills for some views and mellow hiking. There is a driveway for easy parking. Looks like parking can be an issue for other properties in the area. There were lots of towels, toiletries, extra sheets and it also had plenty of tp, garbage bags, dish soap and a roll of paper towels. We didn't have to run out immediately for anything when we first arrived. My family has been fortunate to stay in a lot of vacation rentals so I confidently say that this home is great. And you will also be in outstanding hands with property management team. iTrip's Boise is the best customer service I've experienced in travel. They called to check on us on arrival day. They texted a couple days later to double check on us. When I replied, I mentioned something that really wasn't a big deal and they were there the next day fixing it. We didn't even ask for it to be fixed, it was more of an FYI situation. Their attention to us was sincerely felt. House also felt very clean on arrival, I think they must have a good cleaning crew. WiFi and electronics all worked fine.

Beautiful and cozy home in perfect location!

This beautiful historic home truly exceeded our expectations! The kitchen is well-appointed and the beds are very comfortable. The house is cozy; yet, had plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed sipping coffee in the mornings while sitting on the covered patio. We enjoyed having dinner one evening seated at the nice table and chairs outside near the grill. The house is in a really great location in Hyde Park - close to Camel's Back Park where we walked to from the house and then hiked over to Lower Hulls Gulch. There are stunning views of Boise and the state Capitol along this hike. The house is also just a few blocks away from cute shops, coffee, and restaurants. We enjoyed Lost Grove Brewing- must have Peter Alexander's Revival! Hyde Perk Coffee was our favorite for coffee. The Hyde Park neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We will look forward to returning to this charming home.

Loved the Hyde Park Craftsman

We so enjoyed our stay at the Hyde Park Craftsman. We were there with our immediate family, but were in town for a wedding with many other family members. Our house was so comfortable and in a great part of town. The Hyde Park area is so inviting with so many different gift shops and coffee shops and restaurants. The place was very clean and well kept. We would definitely stay again. The only thing I would mention is the key box is a little finicky. It would be nice if there were a keypad on both the front and back doors.

Hyde Park Craftsman

This is our 3rd trip booking with ITrip and our go to organization when staying in Boise. Their customer service is BEYOND excellent, houses are always clean and well stocked. We have never had any issues at any of the houses we have rented. One of us blew a breaker the last time we stayed with a blow dryer and when we couldn't locate the box we called and was immediately helped. Their houses are beautiful, well maintained and modern with everything you would need for comfortable stay. We love booking with Itrip and would give them 5 stars!

Hyde Park Spring Blossom stay

Cute, clean house in safe, family oriented neighborhood. The property was also within 5 minutes of downtown and grocery stores. Spring blossoms everywhere in Boise including our property! Great communication, comfortable accommodations close to restaurants and shops. Lovely screened-in porch and nicely landscaped yard with outdoor seating and umbrella. No excessive check-out requests-what more could you want!!?
