Absolute gem in Boise! Property was exactly as advertised. Great location, close to the airport, downtown & parks. Clean house in cute neighborhood with comfortable beds. Great covered deck with ceiling fans and sun shade, and a big backyard. Perfect house to bring our dog. All instructions were clear and easy. The house is well managed!

This house had it all for our family and was perfect! We played pool all weekend, listened to albums, the musicians in our family played guitar, we used the local recommendations list and found a couple of Boise gems we might not have. The house is beautiful, fun, clean, there are helpful home items that came in handy, and the musical theme was one point for our family. We highly recommend staying here and will be back next time we are in Boise!

Best vacation rental

Honestly, this was the cleanest and most well-equipped vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, and I really appreciated the high quality of the dishes and utensils. Check-in was easy, and the neighborhood was fantastic—just a short walk to two parks where we enjoyed walking our dog. It was a wonderful stay!

Great space - great neighborhood

Our group of 4 women really enjoyed our stay. The house is big with plenty of room for group and individual activities, the back deck and yard are amazing, the kitchen well appointed and the pool table is just icing on the cake.

Spacious and nicely decorated, with the walls displaying historic photos of the gods of musical genius. Lots of room with a large well stocked kitchen. Just a very nice feel to the house and big covered deck and patio.

Music retreat

Great place and great back yard and deck for outdoor eating. Nice shade trees which helped in the 100 degree weather. Very nice accommodations for our family.

This is an extremely well equipped rental! Seemed like nothing was forgotten. We were 3 couples, a toddler, and a couple of dogs … very comfortable for everyone! The empty bedroom could have had a 4th couple easily.The backyard and its deck were amazing….spacious, fenced, and well maintained. Highly recommend! Thank you -

Amazing location

Enjoyed the Marshall Street Music Retreat very much. Close to everything we needed or wanted to do. Well stocked, comfortable, good for dogs, fun pool table! Would rent here again for sure.

I went on vacation at this location and is the best...is beautiful house..bigs house for family, is have everything in the house you want, location is good closer to town...shopping and restaurants..is wonderful..I enjoy stay there.
