Located next to Boise's Sunset Park and at the base of Bogus Basin, (ski and recreation area) this home features 2 living spaces, plentiful seating, a dedicated work space, a large covered patio with yard games, garden space with herbs, fruits, and vegetables! All available for you during your stay! This home is suitable for entertaining large groups, with 2 living areas, formal/informal, indoor/outdoor seating!

Easy access to Ridge to Rivers trails, The Greenbelt, the foothills for hiking, downtown Boise and BSU Campus.

The living space extends to outdoors, you walk out to a covered patio with a large custom refinished dining table and luxurious patio seating. The outdoor space has everything you need, a bin for toys and yard games in the lawn. It also has a garden space with herbs, fruits, and vegetables! All available for you during your stay!

The exterior of the home is a ranch style home with a paved driveway that will fit up to two vehicles. There is limited street parking. The front entrance is tucked behind the landscaping with a sidewalk and steps leading up to the door.

Guests will have the home to themselves, easy keypad entry. We will not be present at the property but close by if needed.

Once booked, you will receive a unique access code via email to enter the home during your stay. The code is changed between each guests for security and safety. You'll have access to the entire home. The garage will be locked with the owners belongings.

**Please Note:**
This home is professionally cleaned and maintained, but as a lived-in rental, **normal wear and tear, minor cosmetic blemishes, or light scuffs/dings may be present**. These do not affect the functionality or comfort of your stay. We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to address any issues that arise during your visit.
