With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates 10 guests. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home cooking, and complimentary coffee is provided. Multiple smart TVs and games make it easy to enjoy a cozy weekend indoors. Summer is just around the corner! Head outside to the spacious backyard with seating, seasonal pool (typically mid-May to mid-September) and hot tub!

Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on pets and/or length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance - dog friendly only; no cats - maximum 2. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $60 for 1 pet and $120 for 2 pets. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged. No Smoking - minimum $250 fine. Pool is seasonal, unheated, and there is no fence surrounding pool. Basement bunk room has 2 twin over twin bunkbeds which are meant for children - sheets are provided for the bottom bunk beds only - if you would like to use the top bunks, please bring your own twin size sheets or sleeping bags. Grill is a charcoal grill - please bring your own charcoal if you wish to use it.
