Great stay

Rented for a last minute stay for a funeral on Labor Day weekend. House was clean and as-described. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very well maintained and clean. Nicely kept property.

Great place to stay

My wife and I, along with our kids, met up with some family in Boise and stayed here. It was a great location and easy trip to make to get downtown, the green belt trail, and grocery shopping. Everything was a 10-15 min drive. The house was clean, beds comfy, and plenty of space for everyone to mingle and play games or relax. With the pool and hot tub, we definitely know where we’ll be staying when we come up for the summer!

Home away from home

Our oldest daughter was graduating from college in Boise and we needed a place to bring our other three kids and both of my elderly parents. It was an absolute joy to have us all together in one place. We could cook and eat together, play cards at a table that fit us all. Could not recommend this property enough!

We rented this house for a baseball tournament with another family, the house was clean however it did have a smell like it was smoked in before. Also the concrete kitchen counter are falling apart, there is raw prosperous concrete where bacteria can linger. They are also ver sharp around the edges and my toddler almost gauged her head on the corner that sticks out from bar area. The BBQ is a charcoal BBQ that you need to provide your own everything for, a chimney starter would be very handy to have with the BBQ. Also the beds could use an upgrade. The King and Queen beds up stairs are saggy in the middle and very soft. The kids loved the bunk room, and enjoyed the ample amount of fun entertainment. High points: **the Pool, it was so nice to have one in the backyard. **The large grass area in the backyard, The boys enjoyed playing ball. **Pet friendly, we were able to add our dogs to our stay 2 days before our trip since our plans changed. ** The game / kid friendly space in the basement, my 4year old loved the nook under the stairs. The boys 9, 11, & 12 loved the game station and foos balls table. Great for all ages!

Short, but not as sweet!

The pool was the highlight, but don’t expect any chairs or lounge chairs to relax in. You’ll have to sit on the concrete. The outside area was full of cobwebs. Needs a good cleaning. There were 3 forks, hardly any cooking utensils, so don’t expect to cook much. The countertops are flaking a lot! The bed in the room downstairs squeaks every time you move. The top bunk beds are for children only, and they do not provide sheets or pillows for them. Be sure to check out EXACTLY at 10:00, or you will be charged for the minutes you are late. I feel they should let you know this policy. They have white towels, but charged us 45 for a few minimal stains (see pics below). Isn’t the point of white towels, so you can throw them in with a little bleach? Also, there is an RV parked in the backyard by the pool. Interesting. We would not return.

Response from VrboOwner on 28 July 2025
Photos for the property are accurate showing a 6 person dining table and outdoor couch and chair under the patio. Lounge chairs are not advertised. Information regarding the top bunks is notated in the listing description prior to booking. The late checkout policy is in the welcome book at the property. Guest asked for late checkout which we declined due to same day guest arrival and guest left 40 minutes late so a late fee was charged to pay cleaner for their time waiting outside until they departed. Linens are professionally laundered and stains did not come out to short term rental standards.
