All children under the age of 16 need to be supervised at the community pool at all times, no matter what their swimming skills. All guests are acknowledging that they will not leave any children unattended at the community pool.***

This was the perfect stay for us. It was clean and we loved the updated bathrooms and kitchen. They provided many nice extra touches such as coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. It was in a gated community which we liked as well. Additionally it was very close to the family we were visiting which made going back and forth super easy. We will definitely rent again.

Lovely Spot Convenient to West World

We came to Scottsdale for a horse show at West World -- this was a great spot! Close to the facilities, convenient to great restaurants, and a beautiful, quiet neighborhood to rest in. The house is immaculate, well-maintained and well-equipped. The host is accessible, kind and responsive. We'd love to stay here again next year. :)

Loved that it had a security gate and garage parking. House had everything you needed, clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable! A wonderful little yard which we unfortunately didn’t have time to use. The host was very communicative when I had a question, I’d rent here again.

Great Vacation

Had a great vacation and this house was a great part of it. Relaxing setup and great location that was close to so many places with easy commutes. The ease of communication with the owner made it even better. We would highly recommend to anyone and hope to be back on our next trip in 2 years.

Nice property after a bad start.

We arrived at the property late due to flight schedules being delayed. We had received the access information from the Host and expected things to go smoothly. When we arrived at the home the code provided did not unlock the door. There appeared to be a deadbolt that the electronic key pad could not unlock the door. Because it was so late we were unable to reach the Host. We talked to the VRBO representative that advised us to get hotel rooms for the night. It was 1:30 AM before we were able to find accommodations at a nearby hotel. The next day we reached the Host about 9:30AM and we were told that the "lower lock" must be locked and we were directed to find the key hidden on the side of the house under a rock. We were able to find the key and obtained access but we were up most of the night trying every thing possible to get into the home. It should be a requirement for VRBO to have 24 hour emergency service for situations like we encountered. Once we were able to get access, the property was nice and worked well for us. The overall condition of the home was clean and in good condition. There were some issues with lights that did not work due to burned out bulbs or some other reason, and the garage door did not work properly. The location was perfect for our needs and except for the challenges I have described the property worked well for us.

Nice Place!

My family and I stayed here for my cousins wedding in Scottsdale and it was really nice. We spent most of our time at my aunt and uncles house so we didn’t get to experience the house as much as we would have liked but we did enjoy the time we were there!! The welcome wine was a super nice touch and the kitchen/living area are really nicely renovated. The showers are nice too. Beds could be more comfortable but are definitely good for a stay away from home. The property owner was very responsive if anything came up. Overall, happy with the whole week!
