Charming two-room apartment in the medieval village of Bormes les mimosas, located in a quiet pedestrian lane 5 km from the sea and the beaches. The 45 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of an old Provencal house, and includes:
- an equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, table and 4 chairs),
- a 20m2 living room with 2 sofas, wicker armchair, buffet, shelves, stereo with a view of one of the most authentic squares in the village and its centenary magnolia,
- a 10m2 bedroom with a 140x190 bed (new bedding), a wardrobe, a fan,
- a bathroom with shower and toilet, a washing machine, a hairdryer, a towel heater.
The apartment was renovated in 2018 and is classified two stars as tourist furnished. Parking possible within 100m, shops nearby: restaurants, bar, bakery, press.

Le logement est extrĂȘmement bien situĂ© ! En plein centre de Bormes coin tranquille, propretĂ© impeccable ! Pas de tĂ©lĂ© pas bcp de connexion et qu'est-ce que ça fait du bien d'ĂȘtre totalement dĂ©connectĂ©! Chouette petite attention en arrivant une bouteille de rosĂ© nous attendait avec Ă©galement un paquet de cafĂ© dans le frigo. L'appartement est parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©. Nous le recommandons vivement. ! Si vous souffrez de la chaleur pas de climatisation mais Ă©quipĂ© de ventilateur pour aider Ă  rafraĂźchir ! SĂ©jour incroyable :)

Nest in historischem Dorfkern

Das Apartment ist improvisiert, aber mit Geschmack sehr originell eingerichtet, mit AnklĂ€gen an die 60er. TĂŒr und Fenster gehen auf eine sehr schmale Gasse und einen kleinen Platz mit großem Baum hinaus, wo sich nur ab und zu Passanten hin verirren. Noch seltener schafft es ein Motorroller bis auf das PlĂ€tzchen, es ist also angenehm ruhig. Gleichzeitig liegen alle Restaurants (bei den besseren ist reservieren angesagt) des Dorfs in FußnĂ€he. Zum Ausladen kann man auf etwa 100m heranfahren, ansonsten gibt es kostenfreie ParkplĂ€tze in etwa 400m Entfernung. Die KĂŒche ist knapp, aber mit allem Nötigen versehen, fĂŒr das gemĂŒtliche Bett bittet man als NordeuropĂ€er besser um eine zweite " housse de couette", sonst muss man sich zu zweit unter einer 140-Decke vertragen ... ;-) Was einem nicht gesagt wurde, ist, dass die Besitzer erwarten, dass man seinen MĂŒll und leere Flaschen bei der Abreise selbst zu dem etwa 200 Meter entfernten Sammelpatz bringen soll. Das eigentliche Dorf liegt am Hang im Hinterland und ist mit seinen mittelalterlich verwinkelten Gassen und Treppen eine absolute Attraktion, was man auch an den zahlreichen Tagestouristen und dem Zuschnitt der LĂ€den merkt. Hier findet man ausnahmslos AndenkenlĂ€den und muss so seine EinkĂ€ufe mit dem Auto heranschaffen. Der Rest der Gemeinde Bormes erstreckt sich als Streusiedlung Richtung KĂŒste. Zum bilderbuchschönen Plage de l'Estagnol fĂ€hrt man 20 Minuten. Leider kostet das Parken 10,-Euro pro Tag - und das Wasser ist deutlich kĂ€lter als z.B. im benachbarten Le Lavandou, wo man an einem breiten Stadtstrand auch im September gut schwimmen konnte.

Agréable séjour au coeur du vieux village

Appartement trÚs calme, bien aménagé et qui donne sur une jolie place dotée d'un arbre majestueux. Au coeur du vieux village, il permet de déambuler à loisir dans les ruelles alentour garnies de fleurs qui donnent à Bormes-les-Mimosas son charme unique.

Vacances un peu handicapante

Propriété agréable et charmante, chaßne HIFI avec CD sympas. Mais Bormes n'est pas fait pour séjourner plusieurs jours . Pas d'épicerie dans le village. Impossible de se garer à proximité au mois d'août et bloqué à Bormes le jour de l'anniversaire de la libération. Les bus sont jusqu'à 17h30 donc obligé de payer un taxi pour rentrer plus tard. Pas de 4G pas de boxe internet pas de TV dans l'appartement. Une boxe internet aurait rendu le séjour plus facile pour nous qui avons galéré à trouver du réseau pour appeler les activité nautique et office du tourisme ou encore taxis...

Wunderschön!

Eine wahnsinnig geschmackvolle und saubere Wohnung in einem romantischen SeitengĂ€sschen in dem noch romantischeren typisch provenzialischen Dorf Bormes les Mimosas! Bei uns gab es ein paar Kommunikationsprobleme, da die Gastgeber primĂ€r französisch sprechen - diese sind wenn man ein paar Dinge beachtet aber ganz leicht zu umgehen: Es gibt kein WLAN aber ein Cafe mit kostenlosem Internet in der NĂ€he, HandtĂŒcher und BettwĂ€sche+Laken mĂŒssen selbst mitgebracht werden, die Wohnung liegt etwas versteckt und ist besenrein zu hinterlassen, der MĂŒll sollte vor Abreise entsorgt werden, geparkt wird kostenlos auf dem zum Ort gehörenden Parkplatz - von da aus erreicht man die Wohnung zu Fuß in 5 Minuten. Wenn man diese Dinge beachtet wird man einen wunderbaren und schönen Urlaub genießen!

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans cette location située en plein centre du vieux Bormes-les-Mimosas, la rue est calme et trÚs agréable. Notre séjour s'est déroulé parfaitement et Alexis et Marie AgnÚs sont trÚs disponible ainsi qu'Ingrid (la personne s'occupant de la location sur place). Pour résumé : emplacement trÚs agréable, excellente communication avec les propriétaires, appartement propre et tout équipé, literie confortable. Parfait pour décompresser et profiter de l'été !
