J'avais rĂ©sidĂ© dans cette maison l'annĂ©e derniĂšre au rez-de -chaussĂ©e, et j'en Ă©tais pleinement satisfait. Cette annĂ©e, par curiositĂ©, j'ai essayĂ© l'Ă©tage au dessus. Il est plus petit, ce qui ne me dĂ©range pas, mais je trouve la vue plus belle parce qu'elle n'est pas entravĂ©e par les haies sĂ©parant les propriĂ©tĂ©s. L'appartement est parfaitement Ă©quipĂ© et le sĂ©jour y est trĂšs agrĂ©able et trĂšs calme. Ca fait plus de 20 ans que je frĂ©quente le Domaine, et je suis toujours aussi ravi d'y revenir, surtout quand quand je loge dans une location oĂč je me sens bien, ce qui est le cas ici. Sehr ruhige Lage, tolles Panorama

Der Vermieter hatte wĂ€hren der Corona-EinschrĂ€nkungen viel Geduld: So hatten wir schließlich einen fantastischen Urlaub in Bormes! Die Einlassregelung an der Schranke war kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist sauber und angenehm, der Balkon wie versprochen sehr schön. Wir ruhten uns viel aus, genossen den Meerblick und die Stille der Anlage. Die Verwalterin kĂŒmmerte sich zuverlĂ€ssig und unverzĂŒglich bei ein-zwei Kleinigkeiten. Die schönen StrĂ€nde waren zwar nur mit dem Auto erreichbar, aber die Gesamtlage der Domain ĂŒberzeugt. Herzlichen Dank fĂŒr die erholsamen Tage - gerne wieder!

ZweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, ideal fĂŒr 2 Personen. Die bewachte DomĂ€ne liegt landschaftlich reizvoll. Man kann von hier sehr gut zum Wandern in den KĂŒstenwanderweg wahlweise Richtung Lavandou oder La Londe einsteigen.

Recommended ,don't miss this one ! A fantastic small apartment if you enjoy a unique quiet location in a countryside environment near the sea. Tastefully modernised, the property is well equipped and very clean.The view from the balcony was stunning and the unique nature of this apartment in a private domain lends itself to a unique experience of some quality. The property is surrounded by others in a similar style but you'd be hard pushed to see them so sympathetic is the architecture and space between properties. Keep in mind you'll require a 'badge' or pass for the automatic barrier ( 30 Euro 20 of which are refundable) purchased at the gatehouse barrier on arrival. The property in some 2 miles from domain entrance and tricky to find in the dark but we arrived late and our contact was extremely helpful. Vehicles are parked on the roadside above ( 2 min walk) with a small walkway giving access, although if you have a small car you can load/unload before parking. Bed linen and towels are not supplied as standard and cleaning is an extra 80 Euro if required.No 'basics' are provided dishwasher tablets etc. None of these were an issue but are worth noting if you plan to go. Overall we had an excellent stay , road cycling and hiking down to the amazing quiet beaches. The owner is very easy to contact and we hope to return at some point to this wonderfully private property. I've tried to give some pointers, none of these were a problem but may prove useful. I can only reiterate that this is a distinctive property in a superb location.

Sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung mit toller Architektur

Diese Ferienwohnung liegt traumhaft mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer. Uns gefiel neben der tollen Lage am Hang auch die Bebauung des gesamten Gaou Benat ausgesprochen gut - wirklich beeindruckende Architektur. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man kann sich wirklich wohlfĂŒhlen. ParkplĂ€tze sind ebenfalls vorhanden und es ist angenehm ruhig. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Sehr schönes Appartement mit einer Terrasse mit grandiosen Blick aufs Meer. Es war wirklich wie beschrieben. Im Appartement mangelte es an nichts. Wir haben die Ruhe in dieser Anlage sehr genossen. Wir können uns gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen - und werden es guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen.

Nous avons passé 15 jours formidables dans cette location ou rien ne manque. Tout est conforme à l'annonce : pas de mauvaises surprises. Décoré avec gout, confortable, grande terrasse ensoleillée avec vue sur mer et les iles. Domaine calme, propre, agréable avec supérette et deux plages privées. Nous avons également fort apprécié l'accueil chaleureux du propriétaire. Recommandons vivement cette location et réserverons volontiers l'année prochaine

Nice apartment in beautiful surroundings

Everything was perfect - except for the ants which are a general nuisance there and can't be blamed on the owner who is very helpful and will answer all your mails immediately. Cap BĂ©nat is a very special place and the view from the terrace is magnific. I wouldn't recommed this place for people with small children, though. You need a car to get to the beach, and if you come in September as we did, the local shop, beach bar and pizza place will have closed, so you won't even get an ice cream there and have to be very organized in doing your groceries. If you don't mind these inconveniences, it's paradise!

Fully recommend a stay in this villa

This is a lovely villa, well equipped and comfortable. The terrace is beautiful, it is fairly private and has fabulous views. You can walk into quite wild countryside immediately outside the villa and of course the surrounding area is lovely. We stayed in April and there were very few people about, we felt like we had it all to ourselves. Both the owner and the caretaker were really helpful. You do need a car for this rental.

Superbe terrasse avec vue sur la mer, 2 plages privĂ©es dans le domaine assurant la tranquillitĂ© loin de la cohue des plages du Var (voiture indispensable). SupĂ©rette, journaux, restaurant dans le domaine (Ă©tĂ©). TrĂšs bonne situation gĂ©ographique pour visiter le Var, ses plages, Ăźles ainsi que l’arriĂšre-pays. Je recommande cette location

Die CĂŽte d'Azur ist eine Perlenkette und diese Ferienwohnung ist definitiv eine davon. Perfekt fĂŒr einen (romantischen) Urlaub zu zweit! Tolle, ruhige Lage in eleganter PrivatdomĂ€ne mit fantastischem Meerblick und supergroßem Balkon. Jede Mahlzeit darauf mit Zutaten aus den nahegelegenen und zahlreichen (Super)MĂ€rkten waren ein Gaumen- und Augenschmaus! Das Appartement ist neu und geschmackvoll- stilsicher eingerichtet und in der KĂŒche fehlt es an nichts. StrĂ€nde, z.B. in La Londe und in Le Lavandou, sowie attraktive Orte wie HyĂšres, FrĂ©jus, Grimaud, Port Grimaud, la Presqu'Ile de Giens, Gassin, Cavalaire, St. Tropez und der Hauptort Bormes-les-Mimosas sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld unserer Reise war so persönlich und freundlich wie wir es bislang noch nie erlebt haben. Sehr empfehlenswert! Evi und GĂŒnther (DĂŒsseldorf)
