About this property

Longère Vendéen of 150 M2, lots of charm with its exposed stones, beams, fireplace and parquet floors. Located in a small quiet village 15 minutes from the beach. Close to the pretty market town of Luçon where you will find all the necessary shops.

On the 245 hectares of the communal marsh, 450 cattle and 40 horses are found there, while it is flooded in winter by the Lay.
Come and stroll with your family along the canals and admire a protected, fragile, but exceptional nature.

Une maison idéale pour week-end en famille

Maison charmante dans le petit village très calme de Lairoux, à 20 min de la plage des conches. Communication facile avec les propriétaires qui sont à l’écoute. Logement très bien équipé, idéal pour enfants, ados et adultes. La piscine chauffée est un plus !
