Sunset bay vacation cottage, view of lake and beach, beach area .Located across from lake front homes on dead end street , very short walk to beach with lifeguard and beach bar/restaurant. Shady Drive , Sunset Bay , Irving N.Y. 14081
Two bedrooms with A/C , 2 double beds, one twin bunk. Open living room / kitchen floor plan, remodeled bathroom, backyard deck and lawn.Fully furnished kitchen, cleanly maintained with recently updated appliances, mattresses, and bathroom, blankets & pillows. NO bed sheets or linens PROVIDED unless requested. Flat screen TV and stereo/ cd player. Pack light and enjoy Sunset Bay activities.
Suited for responsible adults, deck table & chairs, picnic table, gas grill and beach chairs provided. Rents Sat. to Sat., move in at 11:30 am , no bed sheets, toiletries or linens. Grocery and other stores are close by .No pets, outdoor fires, tents or trailers. No weekends in July or August.
PROVIDE NUMBER OF PERSONS IN PARTY INCLUDING ADULTS AND CHILDREN AND OTHER VISIT DETAILS.

Was very nice for a small cottage. Both bedrooms had full size beds and the second bedroom had a set of bunkbeds. It would’ve been nice to have a queen size bed in the front bedroom. It made it a little tight and crowded for two adults.
