This was a great place to stay. The description said cozy, so I was not expecting how spacious the apartment actually was. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well equiped. We would happily stay here again when we are in the area.

The apartment over the garage was clean and very spacious. Comfortable furnishings, including the bed. Apartment is noted as air conditioned, however, you only have control over the bedroom portable a/c unit. There is no control over the main living space. The apartment was 81deg upon arrival and was a bit warm the first night. We were able to reach owner who turned this space a/c down, but wasn't cool until the 2nd day. The apartment is on the corner of a very busy road, so if you are not a city slicker, the car noise in bedroom is rather loud. The a/c fan was necessary to sleep (not quite as serene as noted in ad but we always felt safe). This is some type of "lockout" unit with a neighboring rental or owner occupancy on the other side of the dining room door. Reminded us a staying in a hotel with an adjoining room. Overall the place was clean, comfortable. It is close to where we needed to be. Convenient to grocery and restaurants.

The loft was perfect, clean, nicely appointed, beautiful location on thr shores of Lake Erie, very nice neighborhood, just exactly what you want in a place to stay as we never felt like we were in a unsafe location to stay. Owner of the property was very attentive to our needs and yet unobtrusive. Highly recommend as a place to stay for nice people.

Comfortable loft for the 2 of us. Very clean. We didn’t use the kitchen, but was very well outfitted if we had. Nice walk-in shower with handheld shower head.

Stay was good. Place was very nice in a beautiful spot. Host did a great job of keeping sidewalk and stairs salted since it did snow almost the whole time we were there. They also messaged to let me know when they lost power and when it came back on. Only issue we had was there was someone on the other side of the door connected to the unit that cooked some very strong smelling food the last 2 nights we were there and it filled our unit. Other than that it was perfect and would stay there again.

Nice property, spacious. Pictures are accurate for the property. The location worked great for us visiting family. Would definitely consider staying again. We didn’t end up taking our dog, but it would have worked out with our pet. Pro’s comfortable enough furniture for a rental. Clothes steamer! Washer and dryer were nice.
