Located in Féole, 30 minutes from Puy du Fou in the heart of the Vendée countryside, La Villa Contemporaine offers comfort and calm for your holidays for 7 people with private wooden swimming pool (6X4m). 10 minutes from a leisure center, 45 minutes from the Marais Poitevin and 45 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean

The cottage is tastefully decorated including:
- Two bedrooms (1 bedroom with a 160 bed and 1 bedroom with 1 140 bed and 1 90 bed)
- living room with double sofa bed
- Bathroom with bath and wc included
- Living room open to kitchen equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. 
- Private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue
- In the children's playground, slide, swing . 
- Closed parking.
- ANCV check accepted
- animals not accepted

Possible option:
- Sheet kit rental: € 8 per kit (1 fitted sheet, one duvet cover and one pillowcase per bed)
- Baby cot and free bath loan
- Cleaning fee: € 50
To book before your arrival

A check of 1000 € will be requested on the day of your arrival as a security deposit intended to cover damage and / or deterioration of the accommodation and furniture and objects furnishing the accommodation caused by the Lessee, as well as loss of keys or of objects. As well as a € 50 check for cleaning if the lessee leaves the premises dirty.

The security deposit as well as the "cleaning" check will be returned to the Lessee after his departure.

An inventory and an inventory will be established by the Parties at the end of the rental, each keeping a signed copy.
