Seasonal rental Villa with pool in Arès

Single storey villa with heated swimming pool, a few minutes walk from the beaches of the basin, shops (weekly market on Tuesdays, supermarket, bank distributor, pharmacy, bakery, newsagent, restaurants ...) and 10 minutes by car from supervised ocean beaches, cycle path in front of the house.
The villa includes a large living / dining room and a kitchen on a sunny terrace with swimming pool.
3 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with queen-size bed and its shower room (Italian-style, sink, wc)
2 bedrooms with 140 bed
1 travel cot (baby)
1 bathroom (walk-in shower)
1 separate wc
Equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, induction hob, extractor hood, American fridge, vacuum cleaner, TNT flat screen TV, WIFI internet.
Outdoor kitchen equipped in a 48m² covered courtyard with barbecue, plancha, hob and fridge.
Outdoor furniture:
Tables, chairs, deckchairs, parasols, and ping-pong table.
Private and closed parking for 1 to 4 vehicles.

Pets not accepted.

Certificate of civil liability insurance requested.
2500 € deposit check not cashed.
+120 € cleaning at end of stay.
