In addition to the spectacular and very quiet ocean beach, visitors will find Disney's Vero Beach Resort Hotel (with public restaurants and bars, snack bar with prepared take-out food options, and gift shop) , the historic Jungle Trail (great for walking or bicycling), and a funky beachside deli and convenience store -- all within easy walking distance.

Use of Coralstone's private heated pool, clubhouse, tennis and pickleball courts, and fitness center with sauna are all included with your luxurious vacation stay. In addition, there is a very diverse weekly schedule of optional activities including Friday night pot-luck socials, game nights, book club, walking group, and other special events that happen in season (January through March).

Vero Beach's very popular Oceanside District is less than 15 minutes away by car and features a variety of boutique clothing stores, restaurants, hotels, ice cream shops, and other specialty retailers. A rental application to the owner's condo association is required -- minimum of 2 weeks advance notice is preferred. There is a separate $100 non-refundable application fee payable to the condo association (listed as Administrative Fee in the VRBO system) for this transaction when the rental application is filed. Owners will send the rental application form upon receiving your confirmed booking. Note: This is a very simple and quick form to complete, but it is a condo association requirement for all renters.

Monthly (minimum) and seasonal rentals are available; no pets and no smoking, please. Three-month bookings for the January - March or February - April high season periods are preferred. Stays of less than one month MAY be possible during some off-season months. If you have other questions, just ask!
