Purple Crab rentals are available year-round -- the high-demand January - March block, along with monthly rentals the rest of the year. Heavily discounted off-season rates and possible shorter 14-day minimum stays are available for some off-season months.

This is a NO PETS and NO SMOKING condo. A rental application to the owner's condo association is required -- minimum of 2 weeks advance notice is preferred. There is a mandatory $100 non-refundable application fee to the owner's condo association (listed as Administrative Fee in the VRBO system) for this transaction for each booking. Property Manager will send the rental application form upon receiving your confirmed booking. Note: This is a very simple and quick form to complete, but it is a condo association requirement for all Guests.
