Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: "Sunshine and Saltwater" is a luxury vacation rental ideally situated in WaterColor's Forest District. Featuring four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, two living areas and impeccably chic accommodations for up to ten guests, this beach abode offers the perfect spot to bring the whole family. On the first floor your will find the spacious living room, dining area overlooking the surrounding forestry and fully equipped kitchen which flow seamlessly from one another making entertaining on nights in a breeze! The primary bedroom rests on the first floor and is completed by a private bathroom with a superb soaking tub and walk in shower. As you make your way upstairs you are greeted with the bonus living area that leads out to a sprawling screened porch overlooking Pine Needle Way. The second floor also offers an additional king bedroom suite and two guest bedrooms which share a jack and jill bathroom. The home's convenient location offers swift access to Publix for your grocery needs and Pizza by the Sea. When you're ready to get out and about, explore WaterColor and Scenic 30A on the bikes provided or head over to neighboring Seagrove and Seaside for superb shopping and dining options. Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and 360 Blue fines.

Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

*Unfortunately, the garage is not for guest use.

Fabulous Family Fun

Epic stay in a lovely place for our family’s Thanksgiving week of memories! Perfectly nested close to all the surroundings and very quiet for family rest. Loved every moment and the kids asked to stay for at least another week.

My family's stay at 69 Pine Needle Way was absolutely fabulous!! The location was great - short bike ride to Seagrove beach (which wasn't crowded even in July), close to Seaside, Watercolor, and Publix! The crew at 360 could not have been more friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We will definitely return next summer. Magical!!

Overall a great rental house. Great location near to newly remodeled camp WC pool. Having golf cart is awesome. Would rent again. WC resort had some issues (boat house bike rental poorly staffed, no towels at beach or pools 2 days in a row) but these were minor. We will return.

Our family had a fantastic time at 69 Pine Needle Way. The 360 Blue team and concierge service was absolutely amazing and helped make our vacation as care free as possible. The house was conveniently located near Camp Watercolor and the Pond Circle fishing area. And all our guests appreciated the added convenience of the golf cart. Cooking on the outdoor kitchen helped us spend even more time outside during our beach trip. And the extra fridge really came in handy. 360 Blue is not providing top notch service in watercolor and this was one of our least favorite homes in the 9 years we’ve been coming to watercolor. House was not cleaned to expectations, water leaking from ceiling, brutal pillows, toilet paper you’d expect to find in an elementary school and so on.

This was our 15th summer returning to Watercolor. Our family of 6 had a terrific stay at 69 Pine Needle Way. The home was ready on arrival and spotlessly clean. We had a small issue with the golf cart not holding a charge on day 1, but 360 Blue responded immediately to resolve the issue, and the follow up calls were greatly appreciated. The home was well appointed for my wife and 2 teenage kids and senior parents; an outstanding value for the week!

Perfect beach house with everything we needed and more! Very conveniently located close to Publix! Kids loved the screened in porch and the closet in the downstairs bedroom was the perfect place to put a pack n play for baby! My only suggestion for the house would be some throw blankets for when a few of us got chilly! Would gladly rent this home again, thanks!

We had 4 adults and two kids in our group. House was a perfect size. Beds were very comfortable and linens were clean! Floor appeared not to have been cleaned (dust, dead bugs in corners and food in kitchen) and we called- cleaning crew for this soecific house was out of state so we found a broom and mop and took care if it no problem. Loved the seperate living area upstairs! Screen pourch was nice. Love the area here. Watercolor Beach Club was awesome- staff there aim to please!!! Easy bike to a few pools and into seaside :) Will for sure be back. If coming during peak of Summer, bring or rent umbrellas (call asap as they sell out) for the beach!
