Disappointed
Very hard to find. Not well marked and the address on the mailbox was wrong. When we did find it they had given me the wrong code for the lockbox. After 20 minutes I finally got hold of the host for the right code. After all that I find out we had to share the laundry room with a neighbor. It was a clean little house but the hassle of finding it and being given the wrong code didn't make up for it. Wouldn't stay there again.

Great Place to Stay
Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood the house is located in and it was a very comfortable way for us to relax while being away from home. Thanks!

Enjoyable Stay
This is a very cute, clean and comfortable house and we enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable, towels were plush, amenities were thoughtful and of high quality (e.g. avocado oil in the kitchen, quality toiletries in the bathroom, etc.) It was great to be able to bring our dog and to have a fenced-in yard. I read another reviewer's comment about the AC and was concerned that it might get warm on the 97 degree day, but between the window AC unit in the front room and multiple fans throughout, the temp remained very comfortable. There were a couple of communication problems that I think might have been mostly VRBO's fault and that took a couple hours to sort out until we realized that the owner lives in the tiny house that's in the backyard. It would be helpful if the owner provided a welcome packet in the house with the wifi password, his contact information and directions for the tv. (Both the owner and VRBO thought they were on the VRBO listing, but they were not.) We had to contact Tyler a couple of times for items that should have been provided (e.g. toilet paper refill) but once I had his number, he responded quickly. Also, for people with dogs, it should be noted that there were 2 other dogs on the premises and they had access to the side kitchen door which is a glass door. This caused some upset for my highly anxious and territorial pooch. It's nothing to criticize the property for, but good to know if you are bringing a dog. Anyway, an overall good place to stay. We hope to return someday.

Pleasant stay
House was clean, property could use some upkeep. Grass needed mowed, flower beds were overgrown, and unkept.

Clean, comfortable, basic accommodations
Tyler's home might not be the fanciest VRBO in Missoula but it was clean, well located and perfectly comfortable for our group of three adults. It is centrally located so pinging between downtown and the Fort Missoula Park area was a breeze. Internet was lightning fast and the kitchen appliances were newer and included an array of coffee makers, including an espresso machine. On the "fine but could be better" list: the bathroom could use an update, the dining area is a smallish peninsula that separates the kitchen from the living are that's OK for breakfast and lunch but really wouldn't work that well for dinner with more than three people and there is a single window unit air conditioner in the main living area that doesn't do much for the bedrooms. Overall I'd say it's a great place for a base of operations if you're planning on being out and about or most of your stay.
