the BBQ.

Newly updated kitchen is fully equipped for your stay. Choice of Keurig or coffee press for the start of you day.

Comfortable living room and dining area with large deck right out the back door.
Both upstairs bedrooms have queen beds with comfy bedding, large closets and ceiling fans.

Large room off kitchen has futon for sleeping, and computer desk for working, Plenty of room for the kids to play. Door has dog/cat door for the pets.

Down stairs is the washer and dryer for your use.

Great Rental!

This rental was perfect for our family of four. We stayed for a week and loved that we all had plenty of space to do our own thing. The shaded patio and private yard space is what sets this rental above many others we stayed in during trips to Missoula. This place has everything one might need. We will happily come back!

family reunion

The house was a lifesaver. There was enough space for my family members to sit and visit and have meals together. They were very comfortable and were able to venture out from the location to various destinations around town easily. There were plenty of dishes and accessories to meet our needs, and the quality of the kitchen tools etc. were impressive. I forgot to ask about the comfort level of the beds, but I heard no complaints and as far as I know everyone slept well.The neighborhood is nice, and it is quiet. All in all, I was very pleased and grateful for the renting of the house through vrbo. I needed to call the host one time, and she responded quickly and cordially.

Perfect location for our daughter’s graduation. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

Great location. Quality linens and towels. Two deer were in the yard to greet us (although that cannot be guaranteed if you stay here). Great place to gather with the family.

Lovely stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable, well equipped. First time I ever had a phone/device charger at the ready and provided by the host. Nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything. Host was very responsive. Fenced in yard is great for canine companions. Will stay again.

The house was absolutely perfect for our family. Marcia was a great host and very quick to respond to any questions we had. The room with the futon was very comfortable for our adult child to sleep. Awesome place

From beginning to end this was a wonderful, effortless stay. The house is so nice. Everything was perfectly clean. Host checked in before to make sure we had what we needed. She even took extra items over based on our needs. We were there for Thanksgiving so cooked in. There is everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The yard is nice and all you need. I would not hesitate to book this place again.

Wonderful neighborhood and great backyard

This house was a great stay for our family. The house has a great layout and the yard was wonderful. The deck is covered by a large maple tree which made it a nice shady place to sit. The neighborhood is very walkable and you are close to a few restaurants, convenience stores and ice cream. Would definitely stay again at this house.

It’s Rosy in Rose Park

The property was exactly as described. Well stocked kitchen, fabulous deck, all the comforts of home. We especially enjoyed being able to have a grill to use. I was there for nearly 3 weeks. Marcia is a great communicator and promptly answered all my messages. Don’t hesitate to stay here! I hope to again one day soon.

We came to check out University of Montana. It was a perfect distance away in a cute and cozy neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting on the deck of an evening and using the bikes to take a little bike ride around the area. We enjoyed our stay and if our son chooses Montana we will definitely stay again.

This house has everything for us and our pets

The four of us enjoyed our stay in this well maintained home with a huge shaded deck and yard. It is near everything. The kitchen and bathroom have lovely practical updates. There is plenty of parking. Marcia was easy to reach and helpful.

Wonderful stay while visit family and friends

The house was great. Perfect size for a family of 3, our dog and some friends. The fully fenced yard was amazing for our dog and child to run around and play. Within walking distance to several parks and great places for food. Will definitely look to stay here again next time we come through town.
