Daytona Beach Shores holds special childhood memories for Brenda. Fifty years later, we discovered the Grand Coquina. We love the convenience of the location – the proximity to restaurants and shopping, the quietness of the property and the privacy of our balcony for morning coffee.

Visit Ponce Inlet and learn about Florida’s tallest lighthouse. Don’t forget to check the Kennedy Space Center Rocket Launch Schedule! Whether you drive down to the Space Coast or enjoy viewing it from the comfort of the condo’s balcony, you can watch history in the making!

I was able to meet the sun each morning from the balcony. I was able to read with ease while on the balcony. Each night, in the cool of the evening, we were able to walk in the sand and recount all the reasons we have to be thankful.
