We have lived in the Virginia area since 2010 & enjoy traveling. We also enjoy working on houses. We love the Bryce area because it offers a sense of solitude while still being near civilization.
Why they chose this property
We put a lot of thought in fixing up the house to give it some personality while also making sure it is really functional. We believe we have a very beautiful home that will make you feel good when you look around, and you will have all the amenities you would find in a hotel. We also love the views and the fact you can walk to the ski resort. There are some great walks around the area too. The property is right on the golf course with a view of the 17th green and the 18 hole tee box. It's a really cool spot to be.
What makes this property unique
We are one of the closest houses to Bryce Ski Resort. The home also has a unique view of the golf course. We tried to think about every detail that we enjoy when traveling so we have stocked our home with high quality linens, high end mattresses, and a fully stocked kitchen. You just need to show up with supplies and the rest is taken care of.
The layout is ideal for large groups and entertaining - Our home features a large great room with a seating area with two couches, a large bar and a pool table. We are a dog friendly home, however we have to charge an extra $50 cleaning fee if you decide to bring your pup(s).
