Stay was great. Did notice the combo washer dryer was having a hard time drying some clothes. Ran it a few times with limited luck. My collegues were ha song. So didn’t look into myself. Could just have been operator error Sox e it was a combo. Just wanted to mention.

Jennifer is a great host and quick to respond to communication. The house was nicely decorated but not exactly what we had expected. Check in was quick and easy. We were able to resolve most of our issues. Tip: Don’t forget your shampoo and bug spray!

The cabin was very cozy and spacious. We had rented it for a nice weekend getaway and that’s exactly what we got. We greatly enjoyed the views from both balconies and even got to watch and listen to the surrounding wildlife.

This was our first experience with VRBO, and the Mills Family Lodge was amazing! Jennifer is fabulous with communication, is very accommodating, and even has an entire guidebook to make everything a breeze from check-in to check-out.We had a wonderful stay! Everything we needed aside from groceries and toiletries was provided for a wonderful family vacation!

“Charming cabin…” describes this gem and more in the Shenandoah Valley The cabin is generously outfitted and very clean. The host preparations and guidebook alone are top-notch, let alone the charming amenities and coziness in this state of the art cabin. Would definitely choose this ‘find’ for our next visit to Basye, VA
