Whether you're a skiing enthusiast or fan of snowtubing, Bryce Resort has it all. For those who prefer a slower pace, nearby wineries, caverns & hiking trails promise scenic exploration & the natural beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The open-concept main living area welcomes you with a wall of windows that artfully frames the views of nature.

As you step into our enchanting space, be greeted by a soaring pine ceiling, a custom wall feature, and an abundance of natural light streaming through a wall of windows, seamlessly connecting the indoors with the outdoors. Relax in comfortable seating while immersing yourself in popular books, watching shows on a 55” Smart TV with access to your favorite apps, or engaging in lively board games around the kitchen table. High-speed WiFi ensures seamless connectivity for all your devices.

The main level boasts two bedrooms with closets and dressers, and the main bedroom includes a convenient half bath. A loft with two twin beds accessed by a ladder adds a touch of adventure to your stay. The well-equipped kitchen boasts a new double oven, double sink, and a playful retro refrigerator. Commonly used spices, utensils, and pots and pans are at your disposal, allowing you to whip up delicious meals. There is seasonal fresh herbs from the garden and complimentary pancake mix. A milkshake maker awaits your creativity, so grab ice cream from the nearby grocery store. Start your day with a variety of coffees, teas, or hot chocolate at our coffee bar. We even provide reusable K-cups for coffee enthusiasts.

Please respect nature and our surroundings by not throwing things over the deck and take trash inside, otherwise we will have some uninvited guests.

Karen and Jim have lived in the NOVA area all their life. Jim went to Virginia Tech and Karen went to James Madison University. Jim is a retired Computer Programmer/Analyst/Technical Writer. Karen teaches Jazzercise and has a Virginia Real Estate license.

Why they chose this property

Karen spent her childhood and adult years locally at Orkney Springs & Shrine Mount for family vacations, high school marching band camp, JMU photography class, Youth Group ski trips at Bryce Resort, and annual church retreats with her mother and daughter.
Karen and Jim are excited to now own a property in the area, surrounded by the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains and all the great outdoor activities that are available! What makes this property unique

The setting is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by woods. You will love the soaring pine ceiling and the handcrafted living room wall feature. The bank of windows creates an open living space, bringing in lots of natural light and the beauty of the outside in.
Comfortable outdoor seating is enhanced at dusk with solar powered LED lights that wrap around the deck. You have the option to brighten things up with string party lights!
