Great getaway!
We had a great stay at the cabin for a few nights’ getaway over spring break. The kids (ages 8 and 3) loved playing on the grounds and hiking around. The interior was spotless and well-appointed. I loved how rustic it was outside and how cozy and clean and modern it was inside. The property is right next to a recreation area that we took advantage of by hiking and fishing. It was the off season for the rec area so we had to hike/walk in and out which was a bit of a haul but worth it. The house was kid friendly and our boys slept soundly! Definitely recommend!

Cozy getaway
You can't go wrong with this sweet, cozy cabin in the woods! It's been recently renovated, so everything is new and pristine. The kitchen has all of the amenities , and everything is organized and readily available. The cabin itself is very warm with a wood stove for added ambience. The hosts, Leona & John, were extremely forthcoming with pertinent information in their house manual and was very responsive. There are several hiking trails nearby. Unfortunately the weekend that we visited was rainy, but even with that, we enjoyed every moment of our stay. We highly recommend Wabi Sabi cabin as a cozy getaway, and we will be planning a return visit to the cabin in warmer months to explore the trails and check out the neighboring George Washington National Forest.

Seeing is believing
Outside? Just another rustic cabin in the woods. Inside? Prepare to be surprised. A beautifully appointed, bright, welcoming home from home. The owner has thought of everything you might need for a few days away. Comfortable king bed, a spa-like bathroom and a fully stocked kitchen. Just bring food and prepare to relax! Definitely a 5* escape.
