This is a 1 Bedroom unit with a full bath and a separate living room and includes a kitchenette.

You will be able to park in the heated underground parking garage at no additional cost.

With approximately 400 square feet the unit features a king bed in the bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, a full bathroom and a nice kitchenette.

You will also get a reserved and lockable ski locker in the heated ski locker area. Just walk out the back door, walk about 20 steps and ski a short distance over to the lift.

The living room and bedroom both include a flat screen TV. A humidifier is included as well.

Right out the back door of the Lodge is the Independence SuperChair. Steps away are ski rentals, lift tickets, and the Gondola to Peak 8, the Ski School and to downtown Breckenridge.

The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 includes many on-site amenities including a nice lobby sitting area with a large fireplace and a bar, kid pool area and indoor and outdoor pools, several hot tubs, nice grills, fire pit, private movie theaters that can be reserved, game room, escape room, excellent spa, fitness center, covered & heated parking, a "mini" store in the lobby area with a variety of items so that you may not need to go to the store if you forgot something, DVD rentals and and the on-site Seven's restaurant.

There is also a complementary shuttle that drops you off around town and returns you to the lodge so you can avoid looking for and paying for parking.

I also have a 2 Bedroom unit that can be combined with this to form a 3 Bedroom. Let me know if interested.

We love this place

Seamless transaction and owner was friendly and quick to respond. We absolutely love this location - easy access to skiing, efficient shuttle to town, love the amenities and definitely family friendly.

Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is a luxury, well maintained property with excellent staff on-site including a concierge that can assist you with scheduling activities.

It includes a heated parking garage and heated ski locker area. Other on-site amenities include heated pools, hot tubs, kid pool, fitness center, Soothe Day Spa, multiple movie theaters that can be reserved, on-site restaurant and bar, BBQ grills, and complimentary shuttle service to and around Breckenridge and back.

In addition to the outdoor hot tubs, there is a indoor Sauna and adults only Grotto pool.
