Ski In/Out, Outside Frnt Door- No Halls! Private Deck, New Kitchen

Ski-in/ ski out (see photos), conveniently located next to Four O'Clock ski run, walk to downtown Breckenridge about 4 blocks away (or take the shuttle).   This beautifully remodeled condo in Tyra Summit II is conveniently located next to the Four O'clock ski run, above the Snowflake Lift!  Walk or clip off your skis/ snowboard on the front porch, lock them in the rack and walk in the front door and warm up and gaze at the fire through the glass door woodstove.  Unlike many mega-condo buildings in Breckenridge, this is a quiet condo with only six units in the building.  No long corridors, waiting for elevators or hiking up/ down stairways to contend with!

Take the free shuttle at the Snowflake Lift to a variety of stops around town or to the nearby town of Frisco.  24 hour self check-in, the front door is a short walk from the parking lot.  All new appliances (Fall 2023)- range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer.  

This condo provides amazing views of the mountains and  features a large, private balcony, lots of windows and a glass-front wood stove for those chilly nights (firewood is supplied).  Spacious private off-street parking is included (cars, pickups and SUVs welcome).

This condo features flat screen HD TVs, Blu-ray/DVD players, kitchen appliances and the list goes on and on.  Wireless high-speed internet is included.  Well- equipped full sized kitchen with granite tile countertops.  Includes range with oven, built-in large microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes, crock-pot, coffee pot, toaster blender, mixer and much more.

Private bedroom (NOT a studio) featuring a king sized bed with luxurious pillow-top mattress .  Bedroom also features flat screen HD TV/Blu-Ray/DVD and window with view of Four O'Clock ski run (across quiet dead-end road).

This is a perfect and beautiful location nestled in the trees overlooking the town of Breckenridge with mountains beyond. It's just minutes away from town, including the gondola, grocery store, trolley, Blue River, walking trails.It's an ideal getaway for two people and accommodates more with a sofa sleeper.

Great location

The property was in a great place, close to town but away from a lot of noise. It was spotless and had everything we needed. Loved morning coffee on the balcony with hummingbirds and a fox wandering by now and then.

The Condo was perfect. It was cozy and warm. The view was great. Also below there’s a stream which you can hear when you sit on the porch. I was looking to relax, and I did!!!

We could not have had a greater time! The condo was in great shape with everything you need for a memorable stay. The location was perfect. Step outside and you are right on 4 o’clock trail. You are only a 1/2 mile from town which has great shopping and restaurants. We are already planning our next stay

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy condo. It was extremely clean upon arrival. We loved the location and proximity. It was perfect for our family of 4. The kids could sleep on the pull out sofa. The owners were very accommodating and answered all my questions.

Great location!

The ski in was great. We skied down right across from our place and just had to cross the road. Ski out was a little more of a hassle. Had to ski down to a road, take skis off, walk across street and up a short hill to the lift. But still way better than a shuttle! Place was nice with great views and communication with hosts couldn’t have been better. We will stay there again. Thanks Angie and John

First time to Breckenridge

The location was perfect and really close to a great trail (Sawmill at the Snowflake lift) and so close up downtown. The condo was very clean and decorated so cute. Had everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be back to Breck and this gorgeous property!! Owners were very cool and responsive as well. 5 ⭐️’s 💞

January Ski Trip

This was second time my wife and I stayed in this building, first time in this unit. Focus was on ski-in/ski-out of this building. Easy check-in. Unit was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was moderately well stocked with utensils. Wood burning stove was a bonus. In-unit washer-dryer meant able to pack less clothing. Good water pressure with plenty of hot water. Truly enjoyed, expect to return next year.

Great view, nice location!

Beautiful street, with nearby trails. Trolley stop nearby. You can hear the peaceful sounds of rushing water in a nearby creek. The kitchen had everything we needed. The one thing we didn’t like about this property is you can hear your neighbors activities, conversations, even their snoring through the walls, and conversations, music, feet above us too. There are shared walls and the walls are thin.

Great Location!

This condo was a great location, about a 10-15 minute walk from Main Street (uphill heading back, be aware of that!) and about 3 minutes from the Sawmill Reservoir trailhead. Everything was clean and ready to go when we got there. The view from the deck is fantastic and the whole area was very quiet and relaxing. I've seen a few reviews that compliment the Comfortaire mattress, which we unfortunately couldn't agree with, as we found that it was similar to a foam mattress topper, which you can sink into and not move. Of course, your personal preference will dictate if you like that sort of thing. Other than that, our stay was quite pleasant and would recommend!

Super cozy ski in/ski out condo

My husband and I decided last minute to check out the snowboarding at Breckenridge . Because it was pre-season and not a lot of snow, there wasn't the option to ski in/out but that didn't matter - the nearby Snowflake lift was running and we walked there each day. The bus system in Breckenridge is impressive, so we also had no problem getting back to the condo. The actual condo was so comfortable - there's a great view outside the balcony doors and that's where I'd set up with my laptop during the work day. At night, we used the fireplace daily to warm up and relax before dinner. We didn't want to leave! John was very responsive and instructions to access the condowere very clear. We will definitely be back again!

A wonderful one bed, one bath condo that was perfect size for my husband and I. It was very clean and cozy with a great mountain view. Loved sitting on the covered deck in the late afternoon, watching the hummingbirds! Communication with John was awesome! We would definitely recommend this condo for your trip!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this property due to the amazing views, the wildlife, the close proximity to downtown, the large covered private balcony (which is somewhat rare in Breckenridge) and has windows on three sides. The windows create a very bright, airy feel to the unit and offers great views. The location can't be beat- it resides on a dead-end street so traffic is minimal and the neighborhood is very quiet. Unlike most of the large complexes in Breckenridge, this one only has six units in the entire building! We like that the parking lot is only a short distance from the front door.
