Ski in/Ski out 1st Floor Condo in Breckenridge, Co

This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath ski in/ski out condo and is conveniently located on the ground floor. Located approx. 300 feet from 4 O'clock Run puts skiing, hiking, and biking right out your back door. The FREE Ride bus gives you easy access to shopping and restaurants. The condo is equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, smart TV, and free parking.

**This condo was updated in the Fall of 2024!!! The full-sized kitchen has new cabinets, quartz countertops & backsplash. The gas-burning fireplace was also replaced, and new LVP flooring was installed throughout the condo.**

You’ll fall in love w/ our kitchen! Not only does it have new cabinets, countertops & flooring, but it’s FULLY stocked to make you feel at home. We’ve got pots, pans, dishes, utensils, towels, potholders, small appliances, and a pantry stocked with spices, cooking oils, coffee, sweetener, creamer, etc. The dining area has an eat at countertop and a table that seats 6.

Guests can curl up in front of the fireplace and watch cable TV or their favorite streaming service. High speed Wi-Fi is free.

We also provide: premium linens, hairdryers, full-sized shampoo & body wash, full-sized washer & dryer. You'll fall in love with our kitchen! It's fully stocked to make you feel at home. We’ve got pots, pans, dishes, utensils, towels, potholders, small appliances, and a pantry stocked with spices, cooking oils, coffee, sweetener, creamer, etc.

Parking is free in two maintained lots. Plus, the condo has direct access to the street. This mean there’s no hauling luggage, groceries and equipment up and down stairs or around the block!

Location:
This condo is conveniently located within 300 feet of Breckenridge’s 4 O’clock Run which will get you to Snowflake Lift, downtown Breckenridge, or the Gondola. We’re also half a block from Breckenridge’s free shuttle service which will take you around town.

Winter Activities:
It goes without saying that the 2,900 acre Breckenridge Ski Resort is a popular destination for skiers and snowboarders. But, did you know there’s plenty for non-skiers to do too? Breckenridge offers Nordic Skiing, Snow Shoeing, Snowmobiling, Sledding, Dog Sledding, and Sleigh Rides.

Summer Activities:
A short 10 minute walk will take you to the Epic Discovery Center. This place will keep the kids entertained all day with a Coaster, Zipline, an Alpine Super Slide, Mini Golf and much more! Families can also enjoy Hiking & Off Road Segway Tours, Mountain Biking, Guided White Water Rafting Trips, 4x4 & ATV Excursions, and Horseback Riding. Guys, grab your clubs and head to the Breckenridge Golf Club which features 27 holes designed by Jack Nicklaus.

Year-Round Activities:
Summit County offers plenty of public lands for nearly year-round hunting and fishing. Ladies, take the free shuttle (or walk about a mile) to Main Street and enjoying shopping, eating and drinking in Breckenridge’s Victorian downtown.

We really enjoyed our stay at Grandview! The condo was spotless and perfectly located with easy access to the 4 O’Clock ski run. Having the free ride, bus stop right at the end of the street was such a convenience—we never had to worry about parking. The only thing missing was a heated pool or hot tub, but we would absolutely stay here again.

The place was very clean and super convenient location. The 4 I’clock run was about 100 yards down the hill. There wasn’t enough snow to ski all the way to the snowflake flight during our stay. So we took the bus which was just a little further walk but just one stop away to the Ski resort. I would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed staying at this condo. The location was more neighborhood and quieter but still easily able to walk to Main St. Renovations were very nice, had everything I needed in the kitchen. Would stay here again.

Great stay in Breckenridge

My family of 4 stayed in this condo for 6 weeks over Xmas & it is exactly as described. Pantry was particularly well-stocked, excellent heating, hot water and blankets to keep us toasty during our stay. There was an issue with the internet and some water leaking from the above condo, both of which were sorted quickly by our hosts. Would stay again and recommend to all.

Mountain air

Check in was easy. Recommended parking in the 2nd parking lot up the hill as there are multiple steps up to the condo from the lower parking lot. Old ladies hauling luggage etc etc!Nice condo, clean and comfortable with a well stocked pantry! Nice bathrooms. Close to town down the hill. We even had a mum and baby Moose visit us in the evening! Would definitely recommend!
