About this property

This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath ski in/ski out condo and is conveniently located on the ground floor. Located approx. 300 feet from 4 O'clock Run puts skiing, hiking, and biking right out your back door. The FREE Ride bus gives you easy access to shopping and restaurants. The condo is equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, smart TV, and free parking.

Guests can curl up in front of the gas fireplace and watch cable TV or their favorite streaming service.

We also provide: premium linens, hairdryers, full-sized shampoo & body wash, full-sized washer & dryer. You'll fall in love with our kitchen! It's fully stocked to make you feel at home. We’ve got pots, pans, dishes, utensils, towels, potholders, small appliances, and a pantry stocked with spices, cooking oils, coffee, sweetener, creamer, etc.

Parking is free in two maintained lots. Plus, the condo has direct access to the street. This mean there’s no hauling luggage, groceries and equipment up and down stairs or around the block!

Location:
This condo is conveniently located within 300 feet of Breckenridge’s 4 O’clock Run which will get you to Snowflake Lift, downtown Breckenridge, or the Gondola. We’re also half a block from Breckenridge’s free shuttle service which will take you around town.

Winter Activities:
It goes without saying that the 2,900 acre Breckenridge Ski Resort is a popular destination for skiers and snowboarders. But, did you know there’s plenty for non-skiers to do too? Breckenridge offers Nordic Skiing, Snow Shoeing, Snowmobiling, Sledding, Dog Sledding, and Sleigh Rides.

Summer Activities:
A short 10 minute walk will take you to the Epic Discovery Center. This place will keep the kids entertained all day with a Coaster, Zipline, an Alpine Super Slide, Mini Golf and much more! Families can also enjoy Hiking & Off Road Segway Tours, Mountain Biking, Guided White Water Rafting Trips, 4x4 & ATV Excursions, and Horseback Riding. Guys, grab your clubs and head to the Breckenridge Golf Club which features 27 holes designed by Jack Nicklaus.

Year-Round Activities:
Summit County offers plenty of public lands for nearly year-round hunting and fishing. Ladies, take the free shuttle (or walk about a mile) to Main Street and enjoying shopping, eating and drinking in Breckenridge’s Victorian downtown.

Great Ski Access

We had an amazing time with family. Property could use a deep cleaning and change some things, but over all we loved access to ski slopes. Getting to town is not as easy, but it’s a great place to stay. Communication was easy with management.

Everything you need in a beautiful setting

We enjoyed our weeklong summer stay in this spotless, quiet, updated unit. The roomy kitchen was perfect for making meals. The condo is quite a ways up the mountain, but Breck has an amazing bus system that we took advantage of so we could leave our car “at home” most of the time.

Perfect location to ski Breckinridge

Stayed for 2 nights on our national parks tour, so my son and husband could ski Breckinridge. They said it was the best skiing they had experienced all season! We fell in love with the town, and will definitely be back, and would stay here again!

Great vacation rental!

Great vacation rental! The condo was tastefully decorated and looks exactly like the photos(awesome kitchen with all the appliances you would need on a trip). The couches and beds were extremely comfortable. Close to everything.

What a great rental! It was beautifully decorated and there was more than enough room for the three of us. Everything we needed was there and the location was very handy for the event we attended and for shopping on Main Street. Such a comfortable stay. We hope to return!

Great stay at this condo. Plenty of room for sleeping 8 people although I think sleeping 8 people with may have made it a tight stay but was plenty of room for our family of 5. Conveniently located off of 4 o'clock run and we had great weather for ski in/out. Lots of extras in the kitchen to make it easy for meals in. Clean and convenient. Would definitely stay again if back in Breckinridge.

Wonderful place!

All the reviews before our visit were 100% accurate. I never stayed in such an easy place. They had everything for us and then some. And I felt like I was already familiar with the place from the pictures presented a online. I would definitely go back.

Great stay for a ski getaway

This property made for an awesome ski trip! It’s clean, comfortable and updated, exactly as the pictures and description says. The best part is the proximity to the Four O’Clock ski run. Just a short walk past one other building from this ground level condo to the slope entrance and then ski down to the Snowflake Lift to access the rest of the mountain. The short drive down the mountain into town was no hassle either. We would definitely stay again!

Great Place Great Location

The property offered great flexibility for a 6 person adult family. It is a great ski in ski out but not so easy to get to and back from the supermarket unless you have a car. Fireplace was not working which was disappointing and we had a plumbing issue at one stage but the hosts were very responsive and accomodating about it. Otherwise a great holiday. Thanks.

Fantastic Stay in great Condo

I’m always surprised when I show up to a 5-star rated apartment and it’s only so so. Not this one—a real 5 star property. Great location, communication, and really nice interior design. Felt like home with great amenities/furniture and inviting layout. The 2nd bedroom has a 3rd pull out bed we didn’t know about—added bonus! Only had 1 car but good to know we could have had 2–big bonus in a mountain town.

We absolutely loved the location. Easy access to slope and to Snowflake lift. The owners are the Best!! So helpful and always answered any questions in 10 minutes or less. The condo was fully stocked. They even thought of everything! Things we did not think of, they already had it in the condo! I cannot say enough good things because there was so much positive! We will definitely be back and rent from these guys Always!

Ski in ski out

Location would have been better if the ski run near the condo and the lift at the bottom of the run were actually open at that time as represented. the walk to the bus stop was a little lengthy in ski boots and with equipment. Release of the security deposit from VRBO should be done quickly. 2 weeks is ridiculous and should not be tolerated by anyone!!!!!
