Super Ski Pad - Ski in, Ski Out, Walk to Town.

Truely unique 1 bedroom 2 full bath located on the Snowflake run just above the Snowflake lift. Literally lock the door with your skis on and and ski right back to the door. No walking with your ski equipment at all, unlike other so called ski in ski out properties. A short 5 minute walk to center of Main Street or you can take the free shuttle. Private hot tub to die for right outside the door on the ski run.

This unit has an upscale rustic finish with alder cabinets and doors, granite tile countertops, and private entrance facing the ski slope. The furniture is rustic as well with a comfy couch (folds into a bed) and overstuffed chair to chill out in. In the bedroom, there is a king-sized bed and full bath. Get cooking in the kitchen or use the grill out by the hot tub as you recover from a day on the mountain.

Summer time super low rates as well. Feel free to call for last minute deals.

Enjoy yourself just far enough from the hustle of Main Street but close enough to walk there.

The condo was more spacious than I expected. 2 bathrooms are a bonus. The hot tub was preheated to103 and a wonderful treat that we enjoyed in the evenings. The furniture was comfortable and best of all the location was walkable to downtown via the trail behind the unit. The LR tv was small for the size of the room but that is a minor note.

Fantastic stay

Fantastic ski in / ski out unit. My son and I had a great trip and enjoyed the convenience of this property. Walk right out the door and ski down to the lift. We were able to stop back during the day for lunch which saved us time and money. Highly recommend!

Clean , easy and beautiful

What a great spot. Super easy place to grab one or two of your kids to do a quick ski getaway. The host was super responsive with simple questions I should have already known the answers to. Hot tub was a nice feature for a long day on the bowls and double blacks. I would come back here In a second. Highly recommended.

Fantastic mountain stay

Easy check in process in a gorgeous mountain town full of friendly people. The hot tub was great and a perk after long days walking around or biking to Frisco. I made a comment about wanting to see mountain goats at check in and was given fantastic directions on where to go which was great!

Right off SnowFlake Run!

We visited for our Winter Break and had the BEST time! Ski in and ski out, right off SnowFlake Run, beautiful mountain views all around! Walking distance to town. Great location, would definitely stay here again.

Breckenridge

Great place and very comfortable. The place and hot tub was great! I wish breckenridge would groom the Snow Flake trail to where you didn't have to where you don't have to cat walk across some of the trail on the way down.

My husband and I came here for a weekend getaway. It was an extremely convenient location. It took 10 to 15 minutes to walk to town and local hikes. True skin in/out. Great hot tub. Clean.

Great location, clean condo

My husband and I spent our honeymoon here. The condo is in the perfect location for the ski resort. When the description says you can walk out the back door, put your skis on and go, its 100% accurate. The ski lift is right outside the back door. Also, the condo was clean and the perfect size.

Great Stay in Breck

Great place to stay while in Breck. We were right on the Snowflake Trail Loop, which is a great (easy) hike around a small lake and along a creek in the woods. Beautiful! Great access to downtown Breck shopping and restaurants. It could use some updating, but that did not impact our stay at all and we would definitely stay here again. OH! And the hot tub - great treat at the end of the day!

Great location

The location is truly ski in / ski out. Condo was clean and the size was manageable for 3 days with my husband and college-student son. The hot tub was wonderful! The downsides were that the leather on the couch is peeling quite badly and it isn't great for sleeping -- would be great to replace it with something more comfortable for sleeping, that the TV is quite small given how far away the couch is, and that although there were a ton of pillows available, all of them were thin and due to be replaced. Overall though given the price and amenities, we were happy with the rental.

Perfect Location

This is a very good ski in/ski out property. The best parts are 1) the location. You can literally ski into the unit so you can go in for lunch and get first chair in the morning without getting up early. And it's really close to downtown Breck. 2) The hot tub is new, clean and perfectly located to watch skiers finish their day as they go by. I would stay here again for these two reasons. The only reasons that we deduced one star is 1) check-in - just put a combination lock on the door so we don't have to go to the office. After a long day of travel we don't want to navigate downtown Breck at dinner time. Email me the parking pass with the instructions. 2) the directions on the VRBO email we were sent are wrong. They directed us to go to the wrong office location. 3) Everything in the unit was pretty tired from the kitchen stuff to the lighting to the toilet paper. All the cheapest stuff. 4) Only 4 towels for 4 people. Using the same towel for hot tub and shower is kind of nasty.

Great budget friendly place to stay during the off season! The entire place was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Extremely quiet area during the off season, we enjoyed looking out for the fox that would walk by every evening before dark. I typically tend to stay away from hot tubs but this was by far the cleanest hot tub I’ve seen at any rental. No issues whatsoever, highly recommend staying here!

Nice property that worked great for our family of 3! The only downside is we didn’t realize we would need to go down a flight of stairs to get to the entrance- not a huge deal but given we had a lot of baggage for us and our little one, not the most ideal. Hot tub was a bonus and was nice to relax in after our son went to bed.

This unit was absolutely wonderful!!!! It is so quite and peaceful. We loved sitting outside on the porch. The hot tub is great too! I also loved the fact that there are 2 full bathrooms. Such a spacious place. We could not have been more pleased.
