Everything came as described, except needing hand soap and better lighting in the kitchen. Addressed this with the owner and he replied promptly with adding it to his "to do list". Hot tub is a plus. If you come in the winter, a great ski-in, ski-out location. Would I stay here again, absolutely!

The rental is a great location to town. It is an easy walk to restaurants and shops. There is access to nice hiking trails right outside the rentals door.

This was our second time to stay at #46 Saddlewood. It is a well maintained and beautifully situated location, walking distance to downtown Breck, hiking opportunities literally right outside the door, and just a great place for a relaxing getaway. Check-in and check-out was simple, good communications from owner/management team.

We had a great stay at Mike’s place. Check-in process was at a spot downtown right off of Main Street. It was easy and the man who helped check us in was very friendly and helpful. The condo was very quiet and peaceful. Also very clean and it was nice having two full bathrooms. We stayed mid-September and the trees were just starting to turn; the change just in the three days we were there was amazing. We loved the hot-tub especially later at night looking at the stars. This was a great place to stay — five stars!!

Excellent property. Stairs down to the entrance wasn't expected, but not that big a deal. Moose (Cow) and two baby moose were a nice surprise when on the patio drinking coffee. Hiking trail outside the door was a treat. All-in-all, a great property.

We had a lovely stay. The condo is walking distance to town but there are free shuttles that come ti the area. We saw a moose 15 feet outside our door snacking on the aspen tree leaves. The furniture is very comfortable but the leather on the ottoman in front of the chair is a bit weathered but was still super comfortable. Hot tub was nice after a long day of walking. Would definitely stay again.

Loved that is was on ground level. Prefect to walk out, ski down and be on the life in less than 3min. Was able to walk down to snowflake life and walk to town in less then 10 minutes!!!!
