Resort & Management Issues
The 4 bedroom villa that I rented was not available when we checked into the resort. The property manager was very responsive and tried to help remedy the situation, but unfortunately the Resort had rented all of the 4 bedroom villas and didn't have ours available. They found two, 2 bedroom units and offered the all inclusive to help offset the mistake. The units were lovely, but we didn't have the private pool or private villa as intended for our family Christmas. While in the restaurant waiting for our units, another gentleman told me they had a similar issue and were waiting for them to find accommodations. The communication from the Resort and Management was not acceptable and at check out there were extra charges, from the all-inclusive, that were not explained up front. I would like clarify that all the issues I had were with the Resort and Management not, George, the property owner.
