Modern 5 rooms house of almost 120m² for 8 persons, door n°28 located enter the village of Kermorvant and Port-Haliguen, in a quiet area near to Castero beach. It includes : - entry, - living room with TV, - equipped kitchen (cooking plates, oven, micro-wave, fridge, dishwasher), - bathroom with washing machine, - toilets separated, Upstairs : - two rooms with beds of 90cm large and one baby cot, - two rooms with beds of 140cm large, - bathroom with changing table. Garden with south exposition and garden furniture. Parking in front of the house. Electric and water usage in extra charge excepted from the 25th of May to 28th of September 2024. Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 150€. Linen supply, nursery equipment. Property managed by a professional. 100% satisfait

Maison moderne, très fonctionnelle. Une cuisine ouverte bien équipée donnant sur un séjour avec une très grande table à manger. Le coin salon/TV est aussi très sympa avec surtout un grand canapé et 3 fauteuils confortables (ce qu'il faut quand on est à 6). Grandes chambres et bonnes literies. Un petit bémol, la table de la terrasse est trop petite. Près des plages, proche d'un hypermarché et pas loin du centre ville.
