1930s house classified "Furnished with tourism ***", full of charm and very bright, renovated in 2018; it is located in a residential area between the beaches on the bay side and the city center of Quiberon with supermarket at 200m.
Spacious courtyard facing south with garden furniture for dining outside.
The ground floor consists of a living area, open kitchen and dining area, wc.
Upstairs there is 1 bedroom with double bed, parquet and exposed stones, 1 spacious bedroom with 4 single beds, including 2 bunk beds (children only), parquet and exposed stones.

Quiberon une belle decouverte

La maison est située à proximité des plages et du centre. Tout se fait très bien en velo que l on peut garer dans la cour. Un petit bemol, la maison se trouve sur une route passante, pas mal de bruit. Sinon l interieur de la maison est agréable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison. Tout était à disposition pour se sentir comme chez soi. La petite terrasse est très agréable. La communication était également très fluide. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Séjour Février 2019

Maison fonctionnelle, propre, calme, très bien placée. Toutes les commodités, plages et départs balades à proximité. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour (famille de 4) sur la presqu'île de Quiberon qui nous enchante. Nous avons peu profité de la petite cour plein sud (mois de Février oblige) qui aurait le mérite d'être aménagée. Nous avons apprécié également la place de stationnement.

Merci pour votre appréciation ! Effectivement, l'aménagement de la cour est en prévision ; la rénovation de la maison terminée en 2018 était prioritaire ... Une table, des chaises et fauteuils permettent néanmoins d'en profiter aux beaux jours. Au plaisir de vous accueillir une autre fois !
