We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

On-site parking is available for your convenience. You'll be a short walk away from local restaurants, coffee shops, and the vibrant downtown district. Enjoy your own private entrance and a shared backyard. If you are traveling with a larger group, we also have another listing where you can rent both units together.

Living space
The suite is located on the lower level of a Victorian home and offers a tranquil atmosphere in the heart of the city. Inside, you’ll find high ceilings and farmhouse-modern furnishings that create a warm, inviting lounge. Relax on the plush sofa in front of the 55” Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube or settle into the armchair with a good read. The open layout flows seamlessly into the dining and kitchen areas so you can stay connected whether you are cooking, dining, or relaxing.

Kitchen & dining
The remodeled kitchen features stone countertops, wood cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and hot water kettle. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are provided, along with a coffee maker, toaster, and wine glasses. A cozy dining table for four invites you to enjoy meals at home or a morning cup of coffee before setting out for the day.

Sleeping arrangements
Two private bedrooms provide restful places to recharge. Each room includes a queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress, fresh linens, extra pillows and blankets, and a dedicated window air conditioning unit. Clothing storage and hangers are provided, and soft lighting creates a comfortable setting for a peaceful night’s sleep.

Bathrooms
The main bathroom features a walk-in shower with floor-to-ceiling tile, offering a spa-like atmosphere to refresh after a day of exploring. A convenient half bath is located off the main living area. Both are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.

Outdoor living
Step outside into the fenced backyard, a shared space where you can enjoy a quiet coffee at the patio table or let pets explore under your supervision. This green area provides a pleasant spot to relax and breathe in the Colorado air.

Amenities
Guests have access to Wi-Fi, standard cable, washer and dryer facilities, air conditioning, portable fans, heating, and essentials such as soap, toilet paper, and bed linens. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and exterior security cameras. Free parking is available on the premises, and self check-in with a keypad offers a seamless arrival. This is a pet-friendly home, and assistance animals are always welcome.

Neighborhood
The central location places you minutes from downtown, where you can stroll to restaurants, museums, bike trails, and boutique shopping. With Garden of the Gods and other attractions nearby, this suite provides an ideal base to experience the best of Colorado Springs while returning each evening to a home that balances history with convenience.

We would highly recommend renting out a car to visit and tour the beautiful areas of Colorado Springs.

If you are not able to rent a car or drive then do no worry! Colorado Springs has some great options for public transportation. The main bus terminal is a few blocks away.

***PLEASE NOTE*** You are renting the lower level unit of a duplex property. This residence features two separate units that are both short term rentals–one main level suite and one upper level suite. The two units share the front door, but each unit has a private entrance. This is a historic 136 year old home! Please know older homes come sometimes creaky floors, and other quirks.
This home has two window AC units, one in each bedroom window. Kindly note there is no central AC in this unit.

For safety, security cameras are installed outside the property. No cameras are inside the property for your privacy.

Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $75 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum $500 fine.

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. We have installed cameras outside the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the property. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to ask us.
