Kitchen, bedrooms and bath were very clean. Beds very comfy. We made good use of the patio where there is a table to accommodate 6 people. Neighborhood is very quiet which was lovely for us. Definitely recommend!

House was clean and comfortable! Host was responsive and check in was smooth. Only complaint was no plug or charging option on nightstand so you couldn’t charge your phone. Also trees are a bit overgrown in driveway so parking was a bit awkward. Overall good stay and would stay again.

Cosy and comfortable home in Colorado Springs in a quiet residential location. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare simple meals and the bedrooms were comfortable. Shops were a short drive away, and not too far from Pikes Peak and Garden of the God's.Check in was smooth.

The location was absolutely perfect. Just down the road from garden of the gods which we went to everyday sometimes twice a day. Extremely close to Old Colorado City. Very convenient to other locations. The house was absolutely perfect for our needs. Everything was clean. Plenty of towels, laundry detergent and dish soap. The kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil you could possibly need. Once the front door lock, got a little finikey but other than that everything was absolutely perfect. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in town.

The property itself is close proximity to Manitou Springs. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed could have used some better pans and more silverware if you want to cook in like we do. All in all it served our needs. A family would be difficult due to only one bathroom but that is how the homes in this area were built at that time. It is a quiet area which was nice. And having AC was a bonus too as a lot of homes again in the area do not have this. I don’t like windows without blinds and the kitchen does not have any, the rest of the house does though. Lots of clean towels and very nice linens. Only thing is the washer it really needs cleaned as most front load ones do. The price was very good and we would stay again when in the Springs.
