Cadre superbe

Cadre magnifique dans les bois avec belle piscine. Pas a coté de l'eau pour ceux qui font du bateaux. Un baby foot et billard à disposition ''sous conditions''. Pas de soucis pour 13 personnes, mais attention 2 chambres individuelles et juste 1 salle de bain (Douche, baignoire et 2 vasques). Sinon belle maison. Petit couac, les précédents locataires n'avais pas laissé très propre. Pour ma part, j'ai laissé impeccable. Pour un groupe de pots, c'est top. Le coin campagne est très sympa.

Tout d'abord l'Etat de la maison quand nous sommes arrivées, une porcherie (photos a l'appui disponibles), on se serait cru dans une porcherie. Le ménage n'avait pas été fait fait, la poussière notamment a l'étage sous les combles aménagés ou certains de nous dormions, les poules et ainsi que leurs excréments sur la terrasse. Le bazard un peu partout dans la maison ainsi que dans le jardin. Les details de l'annonces mensongers ensuite concernant le billard (cadenacé et non disponible) le baby foot payant (1 Euro la partie). Enfin suite a une modification du nombre de personnes présentes le propriétaire nous a fait faire un virement via Lydia (et non sur le site), virement qu'il na pas voulu nous retourner lorsque nous nous sommes rendu comptes que la personne supplémentaire ne viendrait finalement pas.

C est marrant mais lorsqu on ne va pas dans votre sens tout va mal et en plus on doit sûrement être raciste ! Son ami n a pas pu prendre son avion car il n a pas respecté les lois françaises en terme de PCR ..mais j aurai du ,de mon cote, lui réduire le prix ...vous n arretez pas de négocier dans votre pays pas de soucis, mais en France cela ne se pratique pas ....bonne route mais loin de chez moi ....
