Résidence Caraïbes - Richelieu ; Grand Appartement traversant avec 2 chambres pour 5 personnes, parking privatif
SITUATION GEOGRAPHIQUE :
La résidence sécurisée CARAÏBES est située entre le centre port (accessible par les quais en moins de 5 minutes) et la plage Richelieu (10 minutes à pieds par l'allée piétonne) Les commerces ouverts pour la plupart à l'année sont accessibles en 10 minutes à pieds; magasin Lidl, boulangerie, pharmacie, coiffeur, cabinet médical et dentaire, presse, primeur...Parking public gratuit face à la résidence. La proximité des commerces et des animations permet de ne pas utiliser de voiture pendant le séjour. Ile des Loisirs à 15 minutes à pieds.
IMPORTANT :
La location ne comprend pas le ménage de fin de séjour, elle sera à régler sur place le jour de l'arrivée.
Un dépôt de garantie de 490 euros sera demandé le jour de l'arrivée sous la forme de deux chèques qui ne seront pas encaissés ; un de 400 euros en cas de détérioration dans l'appartement et un autre de 90 euros en cas de ménage à effectuer suite à votre départ.
Les deux chèques seront détruits dans la semaine suivant le départ si le logement est restitué dans le même état qu'à l'arrivée. Le dépôt de garantie peut également être versé en espèces.
Un ménage de fin de séjour peut être commandé moyennant un supplément..
