ATV trip with friends

Great place! Very spacious, plenty of room to park our ATV trailers. We were able to ride to the trails right from the cabin. Tim was easy to reach and everything was as expected. We will stay here again.

Fishing trip

This property worked out great for our Kalkaska fishing trip. It is a great location for many local lakes. 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths made for a very comfortable stay for 8 people. The house was well stocked with paper products. The wrap around porch was a delight. The owner, Tim, was great to work with. Would definitely rent again.

Very nice clean home

We had a great time at the property, it was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was nice to have the dishwasher and washer and dryer to use. I would recommend to anyone to stay at this house!!

Well-built home and very quiet inside. Loved the stuffed animals and out-doorsy theme. Owner was pleasant and helpful. We would definitely consider coming back again.

Beautiful large Private location

Tim was a pleasure to talk with and the property is far nicer than pictures can show. Conveniently located 15 minutes from Kalkaska and 3-4 miles from orv trails. Would definitely book again. Could use WiFi but not a dealbreaker! Thanks Tim

Great cabin close to golf and lakes

Great place to have famiies

Great place very clean property management is awesome, 1pittle thing i already discussed with property management about having wifi. He said he will have it. Love it.
