This spacious 2 bed - 2 bath updated 3th-floor condo is equipped with everything you need for a week or even a month stay. The private balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunset or sunrise! Beach Access is just steps away and you're within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and late-night entertainment you could ask for!

This condo is equipped with a washer & dryer, pots & pans, coffee pot, toaster, cooking utensils, and outdoor grill. Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels are also included to make this your perfect stress-free getaway. Master Bedroom has one King bed, Spare Bedroom has Two Twin Beds, and both rooms have plenty of storage space for your clothing, etc.

Spend your days soaking in the sunshine by the heated pool, relaxing in the hot tub, taking a stroll on the sandy white beach, or playing tennis and shuffleboard on our private courts. There are even several challenging Florida golf courses just a short drive away!

The place was clean and welcoming. The outdoor space was well kept. The manatees were just added friends to our stay!

Perfect Spot!

We stay in this location every year. The condo is perfect for a relaxing vacation. Pool is great and the morning sunrises with the manatee are amazing. I would highly recommend

Winter getaway

Condo was very nice and clean. Space for two couples with comfortable beds and bathrooms. Good location to restaurants and beach. Pool area and hot tub were great. Very quiet building.

Great Property

This was my first time using VRBO and it was super easy with excellent instructions. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at this property. We love the pool and the view and the beach was very close to walk to. The food around this area was great as well. We are most definitely going to return.

Great location - needs a good cleaning

I love this condo building. The location the balcony’s are such a gem! The parking is private and plenty and it’s a fairly peaceful place to stay. It’s a prime location to the beach, it’s walkable to local stores and restaurants. The positives to this property are new appliances, the living room furniture is newer. There are TVs in each room if that’s what you’re looking for. I would suggest new cushions for the outdoor furniture and that the bed mattresses get turned or rotated. New pillows. It would also be an added touch to paint the wicker furniture. I’ve seen other units spray the wicker furniture to freshen it up. The kitchen is stocked up with essentials. I guess the complaint that I have was the condo was not clean. The floor was sticky, my feet were black walking across the tile floor. So many surfaces and linens need a good cleaning. I have photos of each area that needs attention. Glass counters had water marks. There was men’s hair clipping around the bathroom sink so the counters weren’t completely wiped down? The toilet should be upgraded to a water saving toilet. The bed skirt is soiled. The shower curtain is stained. The cabinetry needs majorly touched up. Everything looks well worn including the washer and dryer. I have stayed in this condo building twice before and this property has been the most dirty. The property manager that spoke to when my pin didn’t work was kind but the condo needs a thorough cleaning after every visit.
