About this property

Beautiful 2 bedroom condo. 3 night minimum rental. Steps from gorgeous and quiet Upham Beach. The space has a nice beachy feeling and has everything you would need for your stay. Top (third) floor condo means that there will no upstairs noise from neighbors. Please note that you must be at least 25 years of age in order to book our condo and there are no elevators in the building.
The space
This 3rd floor unit has everything you need for your stay. A kitchen, dining and living area. Bedroom one has a queen size bed. Bedroom two has two single bed and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room that can sleep two people. No elevator in building.
We generally have beach chairs and an umbrella available (as long as previous guest did not brake them) and you may also rent them at the beach as well. Just bring your flip flops and beach towels!
Laundry is conveniently located steps away from condo.

Great location

If you’re looking to be close to the beach this place is where you want to be. They provide beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. Full kitchen. Will stay again next time I’m in town!

Fantastic getaway

Overall, the space was great and the location was perfect! Everything you need for a quick vacation even awesome chairs and toys for kiddos.

Nicely appointed condo. Could have used more pillows for the beds. Appreciated the beach chairs for our use. Did get a little warm when sleeping since we weren’t allowed to adjust the thermostat below 72°. Otherwise, it served out purpose and we enjoyed out time there.
