2 Bedroom Condo, Steps to the Beach!
HURRICANE UPDATE-
The condo was not impacted by the storms. The pool is unavailable for now. Beaches are fully open. There is construction going on at the complex for the units that were damaged and debris as well. Cleanup efforts are underway by the city of St. Pete Beach. Local businesses are starting to operate (fully or partially).
Third floor condo and there are no elevators in the building. Must be at least 25 years of age in order to book our condo with a 3 night minimum stay. Beautiful 2 bedroom condo. 3 night minimum rental. Steps from gorgeous and quiet Upham Beach. The space has a nice beachy feeling and has everything you would need for your stay. Top (third) floor condo means that there will no upstairs noise from neighbors. Please note that you must be at least 25 years of age in order to book our condo and there are no elevators in the building.
The space
This 3rd floor unit has everything you need for your stay. A kitchen, dining and living area. Bedroom one has a queen size bed. Bedroom two has two single bed and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room that can sleep two people. No elevator in building.
We generally have beach chairs and an umbrella available (as long as previous guest did not brake them) and you may also rent them at the beach as well. Just bring your flip flops and beach towels!
Laundry is conveniently located steps away from condo.
