LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! This property not only has great beach views, but is conveniently located in the St. Pete area to restaurants and shopping. It even has a great parking spot! Condo is a little dated, but otherwise we had a great time.

Room was clean (I wear light colored socks on floors when I get a room to see how dirty the floor is, this room passed the test! )There were a couple small things that weren't to my liking (hate shower curtains and the elevators need updates) but over all, the room was clean, loved having chairs and an umbrella and a sufficient amount of shampoo for my thick hair, since we flew and couldn't bring much.The view was amazing! I'd stay again for sure!

Love the location of the beachfront penthouse condo. The host offered lots of extra amenities including, beach towels, toys, and chairs. There were others nice extras like coffee, detergent, cleaning supplies, soap, shampoo, etc. We love that the property has a fitness center, a cafe, a bar, and two pools. Highly recommend!!

This was a wonderful place to stay-highly recommend! The condo was perfect for my whole family and building itself was very accommodating. Having a cafe, bar, two pools and being steps from the beach was great. My kids loved both pools and we spent every day in them. The condo itself was clean, had everything we needed, and a great place to wind down after a busy day. Beautiful view of the sunset each night as well. Check in and out was easy and hosts were very responsive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The balcony view was breathtaking. The owners keep this property very clean. Any time I had questions, the host was very responsive and accommodating. Great place for families and anyone who loves the beach and a great view. We would stay again.

Great condo with incredible views! Perfect size for my family of four to stay and enjoy the beach. (2 adults and 2 teenagers) Close to a lot of restaurants and fun things to do on those non-beach days as well. Pool area was great!! Onsite staff was friendly and helpful as well.One small thing- the beach chairs provided in the unit are more camping style/bag chairs. We would have preferred beach chairs that recline a bit- but those can also be rented on the beach- and are available for a cost. Overall- We would definitely stay at this property again!
