Gulf Winds Resort is located in Upham Beach, a more quiet section of St. Pete Beach. Beach access is directly across the street. The condo offers every feature a guest needs with fully stocked kitchen, wifi, parking for 1 vehicle and beach essentials.

Comfortable seating in the living room, sofa bed, dining table and TVs in every room. The Queen master bedroom has ample clothing storage. The second bedroom has a trundle bed with full on top, twin on the bottom. Full size bathroom with tub/shower combination.

You are in walking distance to many restaurants and local shops, including those on Historic Corey Avenue. The property features a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard, BBQ grills, and outdoor courtyards with seating areas. A community laundry room that accept coins and credit card is located onsite.

St Pete Beach is considered the Sunset Capital of Florida. Sugary sand, year-round sunshine, and an abundance of recreational activities. Also a short drive from nearby attractions, including John’s Pass Fishing Village, Ft. Desoto State Park, and Downtown St. Petersburg.

Please Note* This is a floor condo and the complex does not have an elevator. You must be able to climb stairs.

**Please Note** The HOA has begun a roofing project on the Pool Building (Units 900–1200). Work is done during daytime hours only, and while there may be some noise at times, the pool area remains open and accessible. We appreciate your understanding as the property completes these improvements.

— Also 11/17 the HOA is replacing the hallway carpet in the buildings with new tile, so you may see workers in the halls and at times be offered a short detour or need to walk around small staged work areas. Some tile landings may be briefly blocked, but access to your condo will remain open. We appreciate your patience as the building gets this beautiful upgrade!

Also there are 1st floor condos in the complex that are still under construction/renovation due to last year`s hurricanes.

Complimentary beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and buggy are provided, along with easy self-check-in for a relaxed and worry-free stay.

- To prevent pests and odors, we request that you wash your dishes and take out the trash before you depart
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- 1 digital parking pass will be provided with the condo.

- As part of our commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay for all, maintenance personnel will need to enter the units once a month. During this time, they will be replacing air filters and inspecting smoke detectors. While we cannot provide an exact date for these routine checks, notices on the common area doors will be placed in advance to inform you.

- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
