This second floor 2 bedroom/1 bath Condo features views of the Gulf and directly across the street from the sugary sands of the top beach in Florida! A spacious open living concept, fully stocked kitchen and tasteful decor sleeps 5. Heated swimming pool, laundry on site and BBQ grills. We provide beach essentials, towels, chairs an umbrella & a beach buggy! Parking for 1 vehicle, WiFi & dedicated work space.



Gulf Winds Resort is located in Upham Beach, a more quiet section of St. Pete Beach. Beach access is directly across the street. The condo offers every feature a guest needs with fully stocked kitchen, wifi, parking for 1 vehicle and beach essentials.



Comfortable seating in the living room, dining table and TV in all the rooms. The Queen master bedroom has ample clothing storage. The second bedroom has a trundle bed with full on top, twin on the bottom. Full size bathroom with tub/shower combination.



You are in walking distance to many restaurants and local shops, including those on Historic Corey Avenue. The property features a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard, BBQ grills, and outdoor courtyards with seating areas. A community laundry room that accept coins and credit card is located onsite.



St Pete Beach is considered the Sunset Capital of Florida. Sugary sand, year-round sunshine, and an abundance of recreational activities. Also a short drive from nearby attractions, including John’s Pass Fishing Village, Ft. Desoto State Park, and Downtown St. Petersburg.

The building does not have an elevator and it is on the 2nd floor. Must be able to climb stairs!
