Fun Surfer themed condo with surf boards on the walls and a modern kitchen including a dishwasher and full size stainless steel appliances. Newer updated bathroom. Primary bedroom with king bed, views of the gulf and amazing sunsets! The living room has the same beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. The second bedroom has Queen bed. All 3 rooms have a TV.
4 people maximum occupancy.

Family vacation

The condo was excellent, just as described on the site, location was perfect! Close to beach and restaurants. Elise was superb hostess, providing great directions, recommendations for places to eat or entertainment and quick to respond to questions. Will definitely look to book here again when we return to St Pete’s beach.

The pictures of this property does not do it justice! This condo was pristine. Towels were fresh and smelled good. Dust free, and very spacious! Also, when you look on the map, the beach looks farther away from the property than it really is. Saint Pete Beach is a wide beach, but there’s plenty of places to stop if you’re walking the beach, which we did from our place all the way to Pass-a-Grill!

Awesome location super host!

Loved this place. Steps to the beautiful Upham beach Super close to some fun restaurants/bars.Unit is clean and comfortable. Just know it’s a third floor walk up. Building, pool, & grounds are well maintained. Cool AC. Plenty of beach chairs, towels and even some beach toys for kids Great communication - check in/out was a breeze It was a perfect stay and will definitely Hope it’s available on my next St Pete trip

This property was excellent, exactly how described in the listing. The location was perfect, steps to the beach across the street and plenty of dining selections within easy walking distance. The property could not have been more perfect, plenty of amenities. Will definitely stay here again when we return to St. Pete Beach.

Nice condo. Pool is ok. Right on Upham beach . Very local beach. Not touristy. Sand is very shelly. Nice for sunsets and going back and forth from beach. Would have liked a washer and dryer but we made it work.

Perfect Weekend GetAway

We decided to visit St Pete Beach to celebrate our anniversary, and were very pleased with the community, beach, and accommodations we received in staying in the condo hosted by Elise. Fun trip! The building is def is outdated and can use some fixing up but this unit is great. Cute decor and modern everything. Close to the beach - 3 mins walk. I’m always a little bummed that complexes don’t cover the outdoor pool bc it’s like a hot tub. But everything was great!

Beautiful Location on the beach

Property is a hidden gem! On the third floor with two entrances. Beautiful view of pool and beach. Everything was there that you need to cook with. 3 min walk to beach with two paths to get there. Bars and restaurants in walking distance. Loved the location. Super friendly and helpful host. No issues whatsoever. Would definitely stay there again!

Great Host and Condo

This was our first trip to St. Pete Beach and we had the perfect condo and host. The condo was very clean, there were plenty of towels for us, very comfortable beds, beach towels were supplied for us, and the location was perfect. We could look out the window and see the pool and the gulf. The pool was cleaned three times while we were there and there were days we had the pool to ourselves. The communication with the owner was FANTASTIC! She communicated with us often, answered all of our questions, helped us with parking, and even sent us a detailed message about everything we needed to know before we arrived. I have rented through VRBO many times but this was the best owner! We will rent again!
