Very nice unit on the top floor of a hotel where the penthouses of the building are all private units separate from the hotel. Good location and photos are accurate. Professional property managers who are very responsive. If you are looking for a downtown Jackson location that is spacious, new and well maintained this checks all the boxes.

Great stay

The condo was everything they advertised. Great location. Nice views from the large outside deck. And easy to walk to all the spots in downtown. We rode mountain bikes each day and found the location perfect for everything we wanted to do. The condo was also clean, comfortable, and in perfect working condition.

Penthouse on Glenwood

Unit and location better than advertised. Exceeded all expectations . Short walk to Square and retail/dining options. Unit had great views , large deck and modern finishes.

Great place in Jackson.

Nice place, but booking on VRBO, the property manager does not send any info through VRBO or payment, which is confusing. The check in instructions were emailed with some instructions in an email and some in attachments which aren’t easy for guest traveling looking at things in a phone. The beds were also spring, and all our group had issues with how uncomfortable the beds are. Recommend buying Amazon brand $400 foam mattesses. I use these in all my rentals and guest rave about them. Very cost effective. Great stay overall - just need some attention to important details for a new property. Will be top notch once addressed

Fabulous!

We had a wonderful stay in the Penthouse. The home was nicely decorated and appointed and spotlessly clean. Great location and walking distance to everything in town. We will definitely stay there again.
