Point positif: emplacement, balcon avec belle vue mer et parking A améliorer: a bien besoin d un gros rafraîchissement!! Ne serait ce que pour commencer que des equipements comme clic clac et la nappe par ex on sent que peu d efforts sont faits a ce niveau Un rideau au niveau de la baie vitree ne serait pas un luxe
