Schöner Aufenthalt trotz stürmischen Wetter

Wir verbrachten eine Woche in diesem Ferienhaus zusammen mit drei Hunden. Zum Strand sind’s nur zwei Minuten, für den kleinen Einkauf kann man direkt gegenüber einkaufen. Da so nahe an einem Platz mit Restaurants, am Wochenende ziemlich viel los. Schöne Terrasse / Wintergarten, die zum verweilen einlädt. Grosse Küche - wir hatten alles, was wir gebraucht haben. Merci! Vielen Dank auch an Sandrine von Daure für den netten und professionellen Support 👍

Super location et gérance

Une super maison très proche de la mer et à proximité des commerces de base. Très agréable et bien équipée pour tous les âges (même si supplément à prévoir pour lit et chaise bébé). Et surtout une agence de location super aimable et réactive ! Seul bémol.: la maison donne sur une place très festive (concerts tous les soirs avec un volume tel que pas possible de se parler à l’extérieur et donc des nuits difficiles pour tout le monde…

Wir waren ausserhalb der Saison da. Die eine Bar ist etwas laut am Freitagabend wenn Karaoke ist, ansonsten tolle Lage tolles Haus. Würden wir immer wieder machen.

Schönes Ferienhaus, manchmal laute Umgebung

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, gepflegt und sehr nah am schönen Sandstrand von Portiragnes-Plage gelegen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen der Agentur, die das Haus vermietet, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war bei unserer Anreise gut vorbereitet. Geschäfte und Restaurants liegen sehr nah. Allerdings ist die Musik, die vom gegenüberliegenden Platz, vor allem von Donnerstag bis Sonntag, herüberschallt, sehr laut. An manchen Abenden haben gar zwei Live-Bands miteinander "konkurriert".

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren als Freundesgruppe (6 Personen) zwei Wochen in dem Ferienhaus in Portiragnes Plage. Wir durften bereits etwas früher ins Haus, was wirklich angenehm war. Eine Mitarbeiterin der Agentur hat uns sofort freundlich begrüßt und uns das Haus gezeigt. Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich wunderschön es hat vier Zimmer, wie auf den Bildern gezeigt, ein Bad innen mit extra Toilette und ein Badezimmer das über den Außenbereich zu erreichen ist. Für uns 6 hat das immer super ausgereicht. Besonders schön ist der Wintergarten mit Esstisch und der Außenbereich! In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, die ist überhaupt sehr modern und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten wirklich eine tolle Zeit dort! Die Lage ist auch super, man braucht zu Fuß ca 2-3 Minuten an den Strand. Restaurants gibt es schon auf der anderen Straßenseite. Man ist aber trotzdem wirklich für sich dort. Das Grundstück ist mit einer Mauer abgetrennt und kann mit einem Tor abgeschlossen werden. Im Hof ist sogar Platz für 2 Autos. Alle Mitarbeitenden der Agentur waren zu jeder Zeit super freundlich. Bei allen Probleme haben wir jederzeit schnelle Hilfe bekommen. Es war rundum ein total schöner Urlaub und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! :)

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus im Zentrum von Portiragnes Plage

Ein ausreichend großes Ferienhaus für bis zu 9 Personen mit einem schönen, abgegrenzten Garten. Ideal für Hundebesitzer. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es gibt einen TV sowie eine Geschirrspülmaschine. Sehr schön auch der Wintergarten, wenn das Wetter mal nicht so gut ist. Erwähnenswert ist auch die Outdoor-Küche zum Grillen und ein Stellplatz für ein Auto. Von der Lage her perfekt gelegen: Gegenüber sind Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt. Zum Strand sind es ca. 300 Meter. Zum Hundestrand 500 Meter. Durch die angrenzenden Restaurants und Bars ist es gerade am Wochenende bis ca. 24 Uhr etwas lauter. Insgesamt für einen Familienurlaub mit Hund empfehlenswert.

Exclusive Lage, central und dennoch privat im Feriengebiet zwischen X Ferienanlagen. Eine kleine Ferienoase für bis zu 9 Personen, grosses grünes eingezäuntes Grundstück. Gute Kommunikation mit Vermietungsbüro. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort, Abendunterhaltung direkt vor der Haustür kann stören. Haus sauber, alles da für 2 Familien.

Schönes Haus in manchmal lärmender Umgebung

Das Haus ist sehr schön, großzügig und gut eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Garten nach drei Himmelsrichtungen, Wintergarten für kühlere Abende. Fehler in der Gebäudesicherung werden laut Agentur verbessert. An manchen Abenden ist die (Live-)Musik aus den benachbarten Restaurants sehr laut, dann in der Regel bis Mitternacht. Abzug beim Check-in wegen Kaution in bar und nicht über Kreditkarte wie wir es bislang bei Ferienhäusern kannten, ansonsten super organisiert. Kommunikation mit Mitarbeiterinnen der Agentur sehr gut und freundlich. Genauer Check bei Haus-Rückgabe.

Tolles Ferienhaus für die große Familie. Besonders die Aussenküche hat uns begeistert. Portiragne Plage selbst ist langsam in die Jahre gekommen.

Très agréable maison très proche des commerces et de la plage

Maison jolie, bien équipée, tout est à côté : commerces, plage, marchés diurnes et nocturnes. Les grands plus sont l'agréable jardin et la très grande véranda. Les 2 salles de bain sont appréciables. 2 voitures moyennes peuvent être garées à l'intérieur. Les moins, à ce tarif de location les petits désagréments ne devraient pas être comme ampoules grillées, volet roulant cuisine HS, véranda ne ferme pas à clé, portail ne fonctionne pas bien, des détails certes (à pars le volet roulant...) mais à ce tarif, ce n'est pas normal. Station balnéaire très agréable. Equipe de l'agence très sympa.

Très belle maison et emplacement top

Nous avons aimé séjourner ici, la maison est super, 3 douches dont une extérieure très pratique, table en extérieur et dans la véranda, grande cuisine, équipements top. Emplacement à 200m de la plage et en face de la place principale. Un peu bruyant le soir avec les bars à côté mais de loin supportable.
