The location is perfect for exploring northern France, and the place itself is beautifully equipped with everything you could need. Lovely house in countryside

Very enjoyable stay. Big rooms and very nice outside seating and dining area with view of fields below. Well equipped kitchen with big wooden table for prep and indoor dining. Beds very comfortable also with nice views. At end of village so felt very peaceful.

beautiful cottage, with perfect garden

I stayed with my family in this beautiful cottage. Clean, good beds, big bedrooms, well equipped and complete kitchen, and nicely decorated interior. also the garden had a lovely seating area for enjoying a drink in the sun, as well as a good dining table for outdoor dining. We really enjoyed our stay. Also communication with Sylvian, our host was smooth and clear.

A charming and well appointed cottage with a wonderful outdoor area and ample space to relax indoors. Delightful countryside views and cool and comfortable lounge and kitchen / dining area when returning from a hot day exploring the local and wider area. A great base for exploring forests to the west, Champagne to the south and Laon to the north. Sylvain was an excellent host and our family of five very much enjoyed our week's stay in a very hot week in August! Thank you!

Beautiful vacation home in a splendid location

We really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful house of Sylvain. Check-in was easy and flexible and we immediately felt at home. The house has a very authentic feeling and gives you an instant vacation feeling. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has a big kitchen table where you can eat, play games, drink wine and just generally have a great time. We hope we can go back soon! Definitely recommended!

Beautifully restored historic property

We loved this beautiful, property which has been restored with sensitivity and great flair. It is extremely comfortable with good shower room facilities, a well equipped kitchen and comfortable seating, dining and outdoor space. Sylvain is a great host - communication was easy and rapid. The location has beautiful views. Although there is a bus service, a car enables you to explore the area which has something for everyone. Thank you Sylvain - we hope to return!

Top Lage, sehr netter Besitzer, besonderes Haus

Sehr angenehme und unkomplizierte Kontaktaufnahme. Das Haus liegt sehr schön, als erstes Gebäude im Ort. Kein Gegenüber, eine wunderschöne Terrasse, von der man die Natur und dahinter die Kirche des Ortes Mont-Notre-Dame sehen kann. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll restauriert worden, ist gut ausgestattet (steckt voller moderner Technik) und bietet Liebhabern alter Gemäuer und Geschichte viel interessanten Stoff. Danke für die schöne Zeit und Ihr Entgegenkommen in allen Bereichen!

Le propriétaire est très sympa et nous informe très bien sûr ce qu’il y a aux alentours. Maisons très accueillante, bien entretenue et propre tout est comme sur l’annonce. Superbe maison de Campagne.

Nous avons passé un super Séjour dans la maison de Sylvain. Une vieille bâtisse en pierres rénovées à neuf avec goût ! Le village était très calme et la proximité avec Reims et autres points d'intérêts nous a permis de faire de belle visites et de belles balades ! Sylvain a été arrangeant et sympathique. Nous recommandons !

Un séjour Inoubliable dans une maison merveilleusement décorée et adaptée. Région charmante .

L’accueil du propriétaire était exceptionnel. Plein d attentions et de conseils utiles . nous avons découvert une belle région dans une maison très confortable particulièrement bien aménagée et restaurée. Avec beaucoup de cachet . on est aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur pour profiter de la lumière et du soleil , orientation plein sud avec jolie vue sur la campagne . Très jolie maison, vue dégagée sur la campagne

Maison très bien rénovée, beaucoup de charme, bien adaptée pour un séjour entre amis. La disposition des chambres, isolées les unes des autres permet la tranquillité ! La campagne aux alentours est très belle. Le propriétaire est réactif et très arrengeant. Seul petit bemol, une seule salle de bain pour 8 mais cela ne pose aucun souci pour un week-end !

Un agréable week-end à la campagne

Cette résidence a tout du cottage à la campagne : calme, confortable, poêles à bois pour réchauffer l atmosphère, grands espaces à vivre, jardin arboré, vue sur la campagne environnante. L hôte s est montré prévenant et sympathique avec de nombreux conseils de visite.

A delightful time in rural farm

After an effortless check-in, we had a great time in the richly furnished house. Everything we could probably need, cutlery, glasses, a BBQ was available. Especially the Marshall speaker was great for enjoying the garden. The garden has a great view on the countryside and therer is always a nice cooling breeze. However, in case of bad weather, there is a stove and a fireplace for a nice evening too.

Weekend au vert et au calm

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison. Le contact avec le propriétaire fut très simple et fluide. Il a été très arrangeant pour nos arrivée et départ. La maison est parfaite pour 3 couples, très bien équipé intérieur comme extérieur. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la terrasse/jardin et du barbecue, ainsi que du salon en fin de soirée. Les chambres sont très bien, la literie confortable et les lits fait a notre arrivée c'est agréable ! Nous recherchions le calme et le vert, et nous avons été servis ! Beaucoup de balade a faire autour de la maison, soit a pied soit a quelques minutes en voiture, sans parler des caves de champagnes a moins de 30min en voiture. Nous reviendrons surement :)
