Saw Pointe 707

The location and accommodations were nothing short of great. We were let down by the lack of cleanliness and the general tiredness of the unit. It is in need of a good update. The cleaning crew did not do a good job at all before our arrival. Mold in the shower and countertops that were greasy to the touch are 2 items that we noticed. First impression at the door was that the lock sets were about to come off in my hand. That said, we had a great vacation getaway.

Two separate properties

We originally booked a condo on the 7th floor. We were disgusted with how dirty it was upon arrival. We went to sit on the couch to find that it was broken and had flooring under the cushions to support it. It wasn’t even the same couch listed in the pictures. It was old, gross, and smelly. Food was left in the sink. Pillows had stains. We paid $115 to get linens when it said in the listing that linens were included. We called and complained about the cleanliness and they switched us to the 2nd floor. It was better and we sucked it up for the short stay, however it was also not very clean. Nasty stains on the box springs, pillows, dirty feet prints on the walls in the bedrooms. Everything in both condos were old, grungy and smelly. For the amount of money we paid to stay here we are highly disappointed and will never be back. We’ve paid a quarter of the price to stay places way nicer than these two condos.

The View Says It All

My family and I had an amazing time at this property. It wasn't overly fancy, but it's simplicity made it very homey. We came for the view and it didn't upset. Spent several hours just appreciating that view! Thank you.
