In the Isle district, 500 m from the Grande Plage, this charming stone house of approximately 68 m² offers an entrance hall, a living room with a kitchenette, and a toilet on the ground floor.
Upstairs, a landing, a bedroom (with a double bed (140 cm)) opening onto a balcony with a small sea view, a bedroom with two single beds (2 x 90 cm), and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome.
A garage on the street (difficult access) / garden furniture / barbecue.
Oil-fired central heating. Outbuilding with a washing machine.
Gravelled courtyard at the rear accessible from the house.

COMMENTS: House on the street / NARROW garage suitable for small cars only.

Contribution to utility charges based on water and electricity meter readings + €60.00 fuel oil flat rate per week (from October 1st to March 31st).
Tourist tax extra.
Cleaning fee available for €80.00 (reservation required).

Micro onde en panne Pas de rangement pour mettre notre épicerie Manque sécurité prises de courant pas de prise de terre à l’étage Escalier … Sinon jolie petite maison fraîche , grande salle de bains, jardin intérieur idéal pour les repas en plein air et sécurité pour les enfants . Mériterait une très bonne note si ces détails seraient améliorés Ce logement pourrait être parfait Proche centre ville et proche des plages Personnel agence très professionnels
