Der Aufenthalt war gut. Schlafzimmer perfekt. Pool war nicht geheizt, obwohl dies so angegeben war! Insgesamt ein wenig zu teuer.

Très bon sejour

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine . La maison est bien agencée et très bien équipée. Elle reste fraîche a l’intérieur malgré les chaleurs étouffantes que nous avons eu cette semaine. Aucun vis à vis . Un calme absolu ( appréciable le matin ;) la piscine est top. Et tout ça à quelques minutes des très belles plages du golfe de Calvi . Que demander de plus ?

Entre mer et montagne

Maison facile à vivre, bien équipée où nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Nous avons apprécié les salles de bains reservées à chacune des chambres (douches spacieuses). L'équipement de cuisine est suffisant, la plancha extérieure est bien appréciée Nous avons aimé la piscine et son eau chauffée. L'éclairage nocturne ajoute une belle ambiance à la tombée de la nuit.

Superbe séjour

Parfait pour la famille. L'endroit est beau et très calme. Le tout a proximité de tout, supermarché, boucherie, boulangerie à 4KL, plage à 6 km. La cerise sur le gâteau la piscine chauffée. En avril l'eau est à 28°. Un régal. Ne pas hésiter. L'accueil et les conseils de Stéphane, le propriétaire, sont très appréciables.

Parfait pour visiter la Balagne en famille

Maison parfaite pour une famille de 4 personnes ou 2 couples (lit double et salle de bain dans chaque chambre), avec une super terrasse et piscine. On ne peut plus tranquille dans ce petit coin retiré sans vis à vis et à 10 minutes en voiture (2 si vous conduisez comme les corses) de Calvi et les plages. Un supermarché est dispo sans même devoir entrer dans Calvi est aussi tres appréciable. C'est très propre, le propriétaire est très accommodant, pleins de bons conseils et répond immédiatement à toutes questions.

Peaceful and well located

Very quiet location, but close to Calvi and the Strada di l'Artigiani, and a very good little Spar shop (with a lovely tea-room and patisserie) just down the road. The privacy was particularly appreciated, and we really enjoyed the heated pool. Stephane, the owner, was very discreet but helpful. Facilities were exactly as expected, though the sofa could have been a little more comfortable for the short time we were watching the French Open tennis. We would highly recommend this property for a couple or 2 couples. Two particular restaurants to recommend are Mandria in Pigna, and Le Grand Bleu in L'Ile-Rousse, as well as the Clos Culombu red wine from one of the local vineyards. Paul & Elaine

Cadre agreable et calme, excellente situation

Maison moderne tres bien situee dans un endroit tres calme. Belle vue sur la montagne et le village perche de Montemaggiore. Magnifigue jardin. Piscine a 29 degres. A moins de 10mn en voiture de la plage de Calvi et des rochers de Lumio. Commerce de moyenne surface a 5 mn en voiture. Proprietaire sympathique, de bons conseils et tres discret. Notre second sejour s'est encore merveilleusement passe.

tres joli pavillon, cosi et confortable

entre terre et mer, entre ville et montagne, ce pavillon idéal pour une famille ou pour deux couples est idéalement placé. Suffisamment isolé et tout proche de Calvi. ce lieu de calme et de sérénité et doté des équipements adéquats, et sa piscine chauffée garantit une baignade agréable par tous les temps. de là nous sommes partis tantôt en rando tantôt en balade dans et autour de Calvi. les marchés de produits régionaux sont tout près et une brocante le samedi où on trouve vraiment de tout. Stéphane le propriétaire sait être présent sans être insistant. c'est un endroit de vrai ressourcement que nous conseillons vivement. Eric et Véronique

Excellent and relaxing

We have had a wonderful time at Stéphane's place. The interior is modern, bright and friendly and the area is quiet. However, it is still only a 5 minute drive from the next supermarket and 10 minutes from the sea. It was simply great to go for a swim in the pool coming back from hiking. If you decide to visit, do not forget to ask Stéphane for his excellent recommendations (excursions, restaurants, beaches). By the way, if you check out the area on google maps, do not worry about Calvi airport being close. There are only approx. 5 flights every day and we never heard any planes. Enjoy! Christine&Marius

Excellente semaine chez Stéphane Clémot

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine, la maison est agréable et lumineuse sans aucun vis à vis. La piscine est chauffée à 30°C et très propre, nous nous sommes baignés tous les jours fin avril. Stéphane le propriétaire nous a fait un très bon accueil et nous a indiqué pleins de ballades à faire sur des sentiers aux abords directs de la maison. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location.

En plus de sa sympathie, rien ne manque dans la location de Stéphane. La maison est bien conçue pour un séjour de grande qualité au calme mais à deux pas de tout. Super séjour

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette ravissante maison avec nos enfants. Elle est propre, fonctionnelle, et il ne manque rien. La piscine est géniale (très propre et chauffée). La situation géographique est idéale lorsqu'on recherche le calme tout en étant très proche du bord de mer et de Calvi. Stéphane nous a super bien accueilli et nous a donné beaucoup de bonnes adresses. C'était vraiment un très bon séjour et si nous devions revenir ce serait sans aucun doute dans cette maison !
