- 1 Bedroom with 1 double bed 140 (thick mattress, provide a fitted sheet 160)

- Large Balcony
+ Terrace with outdoor wooden tables, charcoal barbecue and swimming pool

LEVEL 3:
- Bedroom 3 with 1 double bed 140cm
- Bedroom 4 with 2 single beds 90cm
- Bedroom 5 with 1 single bed 90cm

THE POOL HOUSE ANNEX (Located on the other side of the terrace)
- 1 studio of 17 m² with kitchenette (no cooking point)
- 1 adjoining bathroom with shower + WC
- 1 sauna of 4m²

POOL:
The pool is 3.5x7 m with a depth of 1.5 or a water height of 1.4m. The bottom is flat. It is equipped with a staircase and a bench on one side (width). The temperature is usually set at 28°C.

BIKE WELCOME LABEL:
- Secure bike shelter on one level
- Repair kit and pump
- Cleaning kit and garden hose available

PARKING:
In front of the Chalet. Two cars side by side. Up to 4 cars maximum in a row

HOW DOES THE KEYS ARE HANDED OVER?
The reception and key handover takes place on site from 4 p.m. or before if your accommodation is already ready.

IS THE END-OF-STAY CLEANING INCLUDED?
Yes, the end-of-stay cleaning is included in your reservation. It does not include the kitchen (dishes, refrigerator, furniture, etc.), trash cans and, if applicable, cleaning the fireplace (windows and ashes)

!! HOUSEHOLD LINEN IS NOT INCLUDED!!
Household linen (sheets and towels) are not included in this reservation: you must bring your own household linen. This service is offered as an option. To be booked directly with the Conciergerie des Aravis:
- Rental of household linen (sheets and towels): €27.5 per person.
NB: the width of the beds is indicated in the description of the accommodation. The beds are equipped with square duvets and pillows (standard single duvet 140 x 190, standard double duvet 220 x 240)

ARE PETS ALLOWED?
We do not accept animals. It may seem rigid, but we have had too much abuse. Thank you for your understanding.

GOOD TO KNOW, CHALET RULES et CONDITIONS
- The accommodation is non-smoking and no noise between 10pm and 8am
- Check-out time is 10am maximum
- If the end-of-stay cleaning is included, it does not include the kitchen (dishes, refrigerator, furniture, etc.), the trash to be thrown away and, if applicable, cleaning the fireplace (windows and ashes)
- A deposit is required for certain reservations. We use the independent online deposit service Swikly. The deposit is secured within two weeks of arrival (not debited/does not affect your credit card limit). It automatically cancels 20 days after your departure. - Useful to know: the kitchen is quite small, the oven is a combined microwave oven, the toilets are in the bathrooms (see plans of the chalet among the photos)
- We are not able to provide: shampoo, dishwashing liquid, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper
